After placement, you can easily be moved to another room, even without notice, they will simply bag your belongings and drag them to another room. So the OWNER decided... and that's the point, the ticket is social and you are nobody there. You have no rights and opportunities to influence the administration. The rehabilitation program as well as the possibility of spending leisure time in the territories of the sanatorium "Eagle's Nest" is completely absent. There is not even a room for leisure activities and household needs (there is no dryer, one iron for the entire building in a narrow corridor).
This institution does not provide any events for its guests (clients). Medical building No. 1, which they flaunt on their avenues, actually belongs to the Rossiya sanatorium. Therefore, according to the social voucher, you get herbal tea, exercise therapy and 5 sessions of Physiotherapy. Everything else is for cash. The dining room is a separate theme of this menagerie. It seems that the Yalta owner * of this almshouse does not pay salaries to the employees of the canteen. They work on the principle of "How much you can steal everything of yours. " Therefore, you always have barley cabbage in your diet... there is no menu choice. What you ordered for yourself on the menu for tomorrow was stolen today.
One example: tea with lemon for dinner for 200 people. These acrobats manage to cut 2 (two) lemons for the entire sanatorium, whoever did not have time was late *. Fruit for 18 days appeared 5 times in the form of half an orange or half a handful of grapes. Omelet in this hotel is baked semolina porridge coaxed with yesterday's vegetables. Everything is stolen from the dining room, they do not disdain anything. As a result, you go to the city to pay for food. The same with the cultural program, dancing-cinema... for a fee (for money) in the neighboring Navy sanatorium. The buildings of this viper are far from each other, the territory is not well-groomed everywhere. One homeless janitor works for the entire sanatorium. The cellars of the buildings of the "sanatorium" are rented to illegal immigrants.
In fact, you live above a shelter for the homeless and other wanted items. The sports ground is in a state of disrepair and is used by the locals as a dog walking area. The question arises how such establishments win the tender for placing their vouchers with the social protection of the population of the city of Moscow? ! And they distribute their vouchers for the disabled and the elderly. How can a disabled person move there if the footpath is broken, the buildings of the "sanatorium", the dining room and the medical building are located a kilometer from each other on a hill. You will not see a single pedestrian crossing across the roadway when moving between the buildings of the sanatorium and the dining room.
There is no recreation area on any territory of the Eagle's Nest. There is no swimming pool at the sanatorium "Eagle's Nest". The owner of the sanatorium agrees on the pool with neighboring sanatoriums only during the paid * season. For holders of social vouchers, only a bed and a barn are guaranteed. In fact, the social protection of the city of Moscow sponsors a private person and they do not care about the people whom they must socially protect and support, and in fact, by deceiving the residents of Moscow, they receive kickbacks for the implementation of such vouchers.
When we arrived, they began to force us to make paid honey. insurance, you need to pay in hryvnias, but we have not yet exchanged money for hryvnias, but pay only with their money, and on the basis of this, we started a quarrel with a girl from an insurance company. We then stood in line for 40 minutes to be seated. All this, of course, got on our nerves. But we were still settled in building number 1. And we began to climb the high mountain with our suitcases! When we entered the room, we were very upset! (I posted a photo) I even cried and regretted that I wanted to rest! Then we went to the dining room for lunch. We went to Sweden. table, and then we saw that everyone was given one small cutlet. the next 3 days we walked like ducks, because our legs hurt, because from the sea to the hull is 700m. and all the way up!
They don’t have their own beach, there are a lot of people in general, so we began to go to the Dolphin beach, there is a road to it directly from the building, there are fewer people and the water is like a tear! The maid suggested it to us, by the way, I will tell about it later. In general, ask the staff from the resort and he will tell you how to get to the beach, but go a couple of meters more, but not on such a steep hill as on a common beach.
Maid: we lived in room 414 (4th floor). And we were lucky with the maid - she showed us where the beach was, suggested how to get to the market, even gave sunburn cream and showed where there is a store closer, because it’s far and hard to go to the colonnade.
Dining room: after a couple of days we got used to it. Someone occupied a table with us, someone took the first, someone the second, because there may not be enough tables and you stand like a fool with food and don’t know where to go. But by the end of the holiday we even got fat : (
In the evenings we went to the embankment, it is very beautiful and pleasant to walk along it.
Otherwise, I support this review: http://www.turpravda.ua/uc/yalta/Orlinoe_gnezdo-h19104-r90040.html
Personally, I got used to the end of the holiday and did not even want to leave.
But my mother said that there was no more foot in Yalta, because it is very mountainous and it will be difficult to climb in almost every hotel or sanatorium.
1. On the day of arrival (06/17/2013), one arrogant girl (Maria) was sitting at the reception, who not only snarled people exhausted by the road, but also snapped in the spirit of the cleaners of the Soviet period. The boss, as they say - recently appointed, did not have the mind to organize the reception in such a way as not to torment people. Meanwhile, this could be done very simply: take the pre-requisite documents and issue a coupon for a certain time in order to complete the formalities.
2. In the foyer sat another no less impudent woman, a representative of some insurance company, who pestered exhausted visitors on the issue of "compulsory insurance". I didn't get it, because was already insured by a travel agency, so she stuck: "And show the insurance? "
But who are you that I should report to you in something?
In general, I was so exhausted by the road that I did not immediately remember that I had a separate insurance document. I entered into an argument with her only out of pure stubbornness, but since she did not lag behind, I found a line in the contract that indicated "medical insurance", so she tried to dispute this, until she found an explanation in the contract: what does it mean.
Women who also arrived on the same day, seeing my "activity" in this matter, came up and asked: so maybe. And do we already have insurance? _I didn't understand.
3. In the toilet, combined with a shower, there was no lock in the door. He did not appear until the end of the holiday. When taking a shower, water floods the entire floor and everything is wet.
TV programs are sparse and almost everything is in Ukrainian.
4. There is an air conditioner on the balcony and air conditioners above it. Constantly dripping on the brain condensate. One of the two panes of the balcony door was missing. They say they robbed a tourist there before us. And no wonder: the fire staircase runs next to the balcony. For some reason, there is a dirty old chair on the balcony.
5. The advertised complex of medical services is bullshit!
Of our own, not bad: ozocerite (and then: we treat one leg for free, the author - for a fee). Phytobar - shit! Now the oxygen cocktail is flavored with various additives; there - no. From the "Menu": a nasty oxygen cocktail and a rosehip drink! Everything! And "of course" - for a fee.
Own honey. the base is dead and if you need something like: a blood test, ultrasound, etc. sent to the dignity. named after Kuibyshev.
6. There is no private beach. General beaches stretching along the coast from the sanatorium under construction to the sea. ports are dirty.
7. Despite the fact that it was agreed that there was an air conditioner, the attendant on duty always turned it off as soon as we left, believing that we should only turn it on when in the room.
But we, not wanting to catch a cold, turned it on when we left.
In general - a Soviet collective farm!
===========
I would say that the food is good....but !!!!
Girls and guys are young, they try, in general, they cook well and serve, but....the organization of the leadership is ASS!
1) there are no trays;
2) the advertised buffet was sometimes limited to "and the portion includes one cutlet";
3) WHO IS THIS in the "Eagle's Nest" HAD THOUGHT to cut bananas, oranges, apples, etc. slices 2-3 mm thick and serve "smeared" on a tray? (Sausage and cheese - also, but this is at least somehow understandable).
================
In general - ASS! (see photo)
There are, of course, disadvantages. These are: climbing up the hill in 1 building (although we were young, we were very tired), but we arrived well-built, a huge drawback - the availability of water only for 4 hours - from 7 to 9 in the morning and from 19 to 21 in the evening - everything would be fine , but in reality this schedule is very inconvenient.
Food (I can only say for breakfast, though) is normal. Everything is very modest, of course, but pretty decent.
I advise you to eat at the "Home-style Dining Room" on Pushkinskaya (behind the oceanarium): the prices there are average, and the dishes are delicious!
The staff at the guesthouse are friendly. The main thing is to treat people well, then they will treat you the same way. Be polite. People will respond to kindness with kindness.
By the way, I can recommend buying a ticket from a girl who sells excursions at the entrance to the canteen - to Gurzuf to Chekhov's dacha. This is a wonderful tour, the guides on it are great talents! )
So, if you don't find fault with "creaking doors" and "noisy refrigerator", if you are not afraid of a steep climb up the hill to the nest - then go ahead! And in general, you are going to the sea, to Yalta, to the heavenly place of Crimea, is it really worth paying attention to such trifles?
If anyone goes to Yalta in the summer, or not in the summer (they say it's great there in any season), I wish you a pleasant stay! I envy you, good luck! !
