Minuses: 1. Lack of equipment: one chair is missing, there is no table on the balcony, there is no any utensils (not even a glass), there is no kettle (you have to ask the cook). 2. Cleaning in the room only when you ask (no more than 1 time in 3 days) and cleaning consists only in mopping (smear all the dirt on the floor); garbage collection; no one cleans the sink, shower and toilet; plumbing is leaking (water barely goes either hot or cold). … More ▾ Minuses:

3. The view of the “superior room” overlooks the roofs of the lower floors and the sea on the sides (the beach cannot be seen). The number of rooms is quite decent: bed squirrel, towels, double bed, nightstand, TV, sofa bed, refrigerator, wardrobe with mirror, chairs, balcony. All furniture is relatively new.
4. The staff leaves much to be desired: the manager-administrator is generally a sluggish young man, no matter what question they always approach him with a refusal or non-fulfillment of a request, they didn’t wait for a table on the balcony, the brazier is just for beauty - he didn’t allow me to cook meat, tables and chairs cannot be moved, there are no batteries in the remote control, the air conditioner only blows cold for the first couple of minutes after it drives the same air (it does not work at all in the next room). Laundry: they wash everything they give (red, dark, green, yellow, blue, they wash everything together except white) one wash costs 300 rubles (my linen faded - they shrugged it off, they said sorry - the things were eventually ruined).
The cook is the only adequate person - she cooks deliciously, the portions are quite good, the food is varied, she will always help in any way she can. Ironing free of charge in the lobby of the hotel - they ironed themselves.
If you stain a bed or towel (with sunscreen or pantheon), you will have to pay a fine of 3.800 rubles.
5. There is no such thing as Wi-fi Internet, stock up on good mobile Internet, it’s not good at the hotel, it’s better on the street or in a cafe below.
From the pros:
A very picturesque place, a quiet place, near the bus station, post office, supermarket, market, souvenir shops, services with excursions, the sea (beach) through the woods 700 meters, if you go down the pavement 1000 meters - it’s hard to climb, but you quickly get used to it. Beach pebbles are average, shelly is found, crushed stone is large. Sunbeds are paid 300 rubles a place for the whole day. There are a lot of cafes, food outlets, canteens of various cuisines.

We decided to celebrate the New Year. When they arrived, they were simply horrified. No heating, everything collapsed, in general... If to Yalta, then definitely not to this place. No breakfast, only cupcake with tea. You can sleep through the night, but the walls are just plasterboard. Audibility of all rooms : ) Destroyed shower cabins. … More ▾ We decided to celebrate the New Year. When they arrived, they were simply horrified. No heating, everything collapsed, in general...
