We have been resting in a boarding house for 18 years in a row. Everyone is happy, the people are wonderful, attentive, sympathetic, friendly. To the sea 10-15 minutes in the park area, cross the road 1 time. We hope to continue to rest here, this year another 5 people are traveling with us and this is not the first time in this boarding house.

We also rested abroad, here the atmosphere is better, cozier, warmer.

Sovkovy boarding house with appropriate furniture, food is positive, to the sea - a long road without sidewalks, among cars, 15-20 minutes at a fast pace. The standard room has a view from the window to the construction site. Draw conclusions, do not believe the advertising on the site of the boarding house.

I was in Yalta for several days, rested in the boarding house "Malachite". I will not deceive, I liked the rest. I just got tired of the fuss, I wanted to read a book on a quiet balcony overlooking the sea, then leisurely wander through the parks of Yalta, and in the evening go to the beach and swim 300 meters.

I just got tired of the fuss, I wanted to read a book on a quiet balcony overlooking the sea, then leisurely wander through the parks of Yalta, and in the evening go to the beach and swim 300 meters. I will go to Yalta again and, probably, again to Malachite. Before that, I rented an apartment for rest in Yalta, but I liked it more in the Malachite boarding house. Prices are exactly the same as when renting an apartment, and everything else is better. No wonder artists like to relax in it.
