The check-in went well, they showed the rooms and we already chose the room we liked. The medical staff at some procedures is rude, not happy. The service in the dining room is poor, the appliances (forks, spoons, knives) are aluminum, the food is not tasty, the porridge is diluted with water, long queues for coffee, coffee makers do not work well.

This year there was a wonderful buffet, lots of fruit. Of course, there were those who were dissatisfied - like they didn’t give semolina porridge in the evening, or they didn’t turn on the coffee machine, or some dish was over, and that’s exactly what I wanted! It's all about fat. . . The only inconvenience was that the second hall was kept closed, and the people were not overcrowded, everyone was sitting mixed up, it would be better if the vacationers were divided into shifts and tables. The territory is huge and they began to improve it - they made new benches, watered the flowers, removed the garbage, there are signs. Where to go for a walk in bad weather. By the way, you can go to the pool in a storm if you have the strength to climb to the upper park. Improved room cleaning. The neighboring sanatorium Kurpaty helps out - there is a rich cultural program almost every evening. It's good that there is still a moon and stars! Surprised by the abundance of smokers. You come to breathe clean air, and you are smoked from morning to evening from all sides, even on your balcony! Security does not monitor those entering the territory - come in, whoever you want, in other sanatoriums the entrance is strictly by passes. In general, over the past five years, the service has begun to rise slightly, but at the same time, the increase in prices for vouchers is going through the roof! Previously, it was an economy vacation (rooms with partial amenities for 1000 rubles per day with treatment), and people were happy with everything! Came 10.15 years in a row. And now wealthy people can come, many spoiled by Turkey and Egypt, and they all said with one voice - we will not come here again! For this money you can relax much better! The sanatorium is not for the demanding contingent! So it remains to believe that the managers of the SOK Russia will revise the pricing policy and the old fans of Gorny will return here again!

I had a room on the first floor. At night they opened the balcony door and took out everything of value: money, a tablet, a camera. Damage for 50 thousand rubles. As a mockery left 50 rubles. I didn't wake up because the doctor prescribed me a sedative collection and I slept like a marmot all 14 days. And I wasn't the only one scammed. Constantly, either in the dining room or on the beach, complaints were heard that thieves had been in the room at night. One woman even woke up when the thief was checking the room... For this reason, I will not recommend this resort to my colleagues. And if not for this nightmare, then the Crimea is amazing!

The pool is open until 15:00, just during the procedures. The rooms require at least cosmetic repairs, the wallpaper is dirty and unpleasant. The lighting of the territory is very poor, the darkness is impenetrable, given that the territory is large and one could walk in the evenings, but alas it is dark. Impression - everything is arranged to a minimum for vacationers. I liked the mud therapy, the staff of the mud bath is very attentive, despite the large number of visitors, but the mud bath itself requires not only repair but improvement.
