It seems to me that guests should be warned about such a difference, rather, even this difference should be taken into account in the price in the direction of reducing the cost of rooms in this part of the hotel: the room is small, rather it can be called a full-fledged 1-bed, there is no balcony, a view of the construction site and remnants of construction debris, no dryer - even the problem is to dry swimsuits after the pool and the sea, the bathroom is microscopic, soundproofing is not just bad - it is not there, you could even hear the neighbors talking quietly in the morning when they were awake. The pool did not work upon arrival, while at the time of booking no one warned about such an unexpected nuance, and to the question: what about the pool service included in the price? The price has remained the same, hasn't it? the staff at the reception said something nakshtalt: sorry, this is your problem, there is a pool on the beach. The pool on the beach is very nice, but very small, besides, when the sea is rough at 3 points, the beach closes and there is actually nowhere to swim. Of course, it's good that the beach has appeared, although it already does not accommodate the residents of the hotel who want to visit it, what will happen when the new building is completed is obvious. Breakfasts are generally good, if only they could buy good coffee - they wouldn't have the price.
And the staff at the hotel is funny : ) when recruiting, apparently there is a competition in terms of the level of aplomb : ) "kings don’t go to the hotel anymore, but we still remember how we received them" - they can’t get out of the wheel of this reincarnation)
In general, as it is rightly written in the assessment on this site: "average; a normal hotel if you do not look for flaws", if you approach the room order and rest time correctly, stipulating and preferably receiving confirmation in writing from the booking department that your wishes have been heard and taken into account , knowing the nuances and features of recreation in the city, in general, you can go again.
