Of the undoubted advantages, compared to last year, of course, the renovated rooms in the Olympic building, they were "Europeanized", in our comfort - there is a plasma on the wall (and not, like in previous years, a TV set no later than 2000), a perfectly working air conditioner, a shower cabin (instead of last year's curtain); also liked the 10% discount as regular customers; the billiard table was refreshed, new cloth was put on; the cafe "Tea House" also worked with high quality, I liked the girl Marina at the reception in the Olympic, this year there was real animation - several people entertained the children and constantly occupied them with something. Further cons: the food at breakfast is still vague, breakfasts start late (it must definitely be at least 1 hour earlier); room cleaning was negligent and consisted of a maximum of changing towels and taking out the garbage (the floors on the balcony-terrace were not washed even once in 7 days), the maids could (or could) guess the time convenient for us only on day 6, last year a lady named Antonina cleaned the rooms perfectly and there was no such thing that the cleaning did not take place, that it was she who was cleaning our room, we learned from the receptionist in response to our sincere gratitude for the cleanliness; the entrance to the sea, as in previous years, is not thought out, you must admit it is rather strange to see how numerous folk artists of theater and cinema (mainly Russian) squat ashore from the sea: the situation, especially for public people, is humiliating, but for vacationers, ordinary people are simply depressing. In general, as of today, we are not making plans, as in the year before last and last year, for a visit to the Actor next year.
