Extremely dissatisfied with the hotel! At the check-in at the reception - despite the fact that many times both personally and by phone the amount of accommodation was discussed - they gave an invoice for payment of 4.5 thousand more! When noticed that a different price was negotiated, they immediately changed the final amount. And everything would be fine, but we rested with a large company, settled in about 10 rooms - and such a story with different amounts happened to everyone and I had to call the administrator every time!
We went to the hammam - at the reception they said that it only works after 16:00 - but even at 17 and 18 it did not work. Showers near the hammam - scary to look at - all broken in limescale and rust!
The room had a very dirty balcony - the floor was just in a layer of dust, at the request of the maid to clean it - they immediately removed everything, i. e. the service staff works well, and the administration does not bother to prepare and make sure that the room is ready for occupancy.

Breakfast - Swedish line, quite tasty, no frills. From meat at breakfast for 4 days - there was only sausage fried in pieces, not the most delicious.
The place is beautiful, but the "customer-oriented" Crimean service in this hotel leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly. For the money you can find a better place.
