We rested at Rendezvous from 07/28/13 to 08/09/13 together with my husband in a private car. For a long time they could not find where to turn off the serpentine, first we went to the Utes sanatorium and got lost. In fact, you need to turn left next to the sign "san. Cliff 1 km" at the yellow sign-stretch PKRN Utes.
The Utes village itself essentially consists of a pile of hotels, on the first line, they stand along the embankment 15 meters from the sea. Villa Randevu is the only normally private fenced area on the second line, 60-70 meters down the stairs to the sea: two three-story houses, a swimming pool with sun loungers around, an observation deck, a fairly large area where kids can play hide and seek / catch up, and adults - in silence, fry a barbecue (braziers on the territory of 3, the owners bring meat and coal to order).
It’s a problem with parking in Utyos, but we calculated that 13 cars fit in the Rendezvous territory, however, you will have to pay 50 hryvnia per day for parking. Cleaning on demand, cleaned clean, we liked it. Linen and towels were changed after 7 days. Everything is clean, fresh and smells good. We went to the sauna in the same place at Rendezvous. The steam room is very good, new, a broom will be brewed upon request. The price is 100 gr per hour, tea with buns and lemon is included in the price. A trifle but nice. True, there are flaws in the rest room - the owners themselves are aware of it. They promised that by the next season everything would be put in order, but I think that the price tag will change then.

I really liked the beaches and the water, the water is very clean, entry into the water is problem-free: either from concrete slabs along a ladder, or on a pebble beach (there are medium pebbles, not slippery, you can’t reach the bottom ten meters from the shore). We lived on the 3rd floor with a balcony - the views are gorgeous. Large balcony for 2 adjacent rooms.
If you travel alone or with a child, you can stay in double rooms with a sea view (on the floor of such rooms 4-2 with a balcony and 2 with two panoramic windows in each room, you can contact the owners and they will send a photo), the room additionally has folding sofa. If there are two or more children, there are 2 two-room large rooms on each floor, however, the windows face north, and not the sea, but there is shade and coolness from the trees.
We ate here - breakfast (40 gr) and late lunch (60 gr) are offered, if you order a complex (breakfast + lunch) - 90 hryvnia. You choose in the evening from 2-3 names of each dish. The owners cook themselves, very tasty, everything is fresh and freshly cooked, the portions are large, my husband and I took 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch for 130 hryvnias a day. We had enough, because we ate a lot of fruit in addition to this. In Ukraine, dairy products are very tasty, for me they are tastier than in Russia, and there is no obsessive smell of milk powder. Barbecue 100 grams at the beginning of the street - 25 gr. Lagman in the same place - 25 gr. Fruits were taken at the end of the promenade, there is a mini market. Expensive but delicious. For fruit, you can still go to the Small Lighthouse - it's just 6 km above the cliff, or to the neighboring Partenit to the market 10 km.
The owners of the villa - young guys Yura and Denis - are wonderful and very pleasant: they can change money at a rate higher than on the embankment, and throw money on a cell phone without a commission and they can bring anything you ask from a supermarket.
Not far from us was the Utes sanatorium, we went there for a walk. Recommended! A well-groomed large territory, the palace of Princess Gagarina and Cape Plaka will not leave you indifferent.

The rating of the rest is 9 out of 10. We were a little upset by the prices on the embankment and the fact that there are no trees in the cliff itself, it’s rather crowded, and for the fresh smell of cypresses you have to walk to the sanatorium.
