We rested from September 11 to 20 last year. Firstly, we discovered the concept of "velvet season in Crimea". We did not expect how many positive aspects it contains: water and air + 23-24, no heat, the water is clean, there are much fewer people than in the season. There is no hype with railway tickets. Because "Seventh Heaven" does not have its own beach, they used the public one - for free. You could always find free sun loungers. By the way, often - for free, because the hotels that own these sun loungers no longer make sure that they are occupied by their vacationers. By the way, it is better to buy special slippers - then you can go into the sea anywhere without looking for a small pebble fairway. There are no queues anywhere, the embankment is quiet, calm. By the way, at this time, accommodation prices are already dropping. Those who love noisy rest, discos and wild entertainment will be bored here. For example, we didn’t get tired of walking in the evenings in a huge relic old park, where there are completely unique places with a wonderful view and an overview from Ayu-Dag to Alushta. Also, like everywhere else, you can spend time on various excursions (again, prices are reduced), and there are no crowds of people on the same Ai-Petri or in the Botanical garden, as in the season. to ride minibuses to the same Yalta, etc. from the bus station. It is also very convenient that tickets can be bought in advance by planning your vacation. In order to save money, I recommend buying a return ticket to Simferopol immediately upon arrival, because taxis are much more expensive. We also had great evenings with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in a cafe. In short, we are not fans of noisy events.
Now about the hotel "Seventh Heaven". Excellent, small hotel on the second line. By the way, the second line in Santa Barbara is not at all the remote second line, as usual (due to the tinyness of the village itself). A few minutes - and you are on the embankment. The hotel has very friendly staff. there is also an elevator (but not to all floors). The rooms are clean, comfortable, with good furniture, a decent bathroom. I recommend the 5th floor, there is a large common terrace with a bar and a beautiful sea view. The bar did not work during the off-season, and it was even to our advantage. Because you could ask the waiters to serve dinner on the terrace. We used this service quite often, and due to the small number of people staying at the hotel, we were almost always alone there. Very romantic . Breakfasts were included in the price. And it's very convenient. In the morning you don’t take a steam bath - to eat... At lunchtime you don’t have to return to the hotel at a certain time, if you want - you have a bite on the beach, or buy fruit, or when you are on an excursion - you don’t lose anything. If you want, you come to the hotel restaurant for lunch , or rather a cafe - and ordered from the menu. The prices are quite reasonable, everything is delicious. By the way, books are available for everyone to read at the reception. Rooms are cleaned at will, one has only to hang an application on the door handle. The bed was also changed several times. Another recommendation is to take the floor higher and to the south (if you are going to enjoy the view from the window). If you are satisfied with the room only for relaxation, then you can save money and take the northern room (there is a view of the hotel courtyard and the neighboring hotel) and lower.
