I will note an important circumstance that we went to the sea to relax: swim in clear and warm sea water, enjoy fresh and delicious food, drink wine, fall asleep and wake up to the rustle of the waves, walk in parks and embankments and all this under the gentle Crimean sun, and don't count money. And we succeeded in Paradise. By the way, about money, I am not a rich person, but I could afford to place my large family in a two-room suite with a balcony overlooking the sea and full board for two weeks. I also discovered sea fishing. Catching horse mackerel is no less interesting than our grayling. Intuition did not deceive. My other half is delighted. Children are happy, healthy and tanned. It is a pity that the youngest daughter (2 years old), who was most grateful to her father and mother for being together for so long, is unlikely to remember this trip.

My husband and I went to this hotel for the second year in a row. Last year we suffered for a long time and chose where to go. Considered a lot of places and eventually settled on Paradise. DID NOT LOSE!! ! I really liked it there. We always book a room in advance, I recommend taking the southern first category.

The hotel staff is always responsive to any issue. During the entire stay, there was never the slightest unpleasant situation. The beach in Paradise has its own, sunbeds are put up in the morning, beach towels are in the rooms, they are changed at will. You can safely leave your things on the beach and no one will touch them, and if there is a strong wind or rough sea, they will carefully remove them at the reception and hand them over to you. The food is delicious, even the children ate with pleasure, especially dinners. The rooms have everything you need to relax. Towels and bed linen were changed every 3 days. I also want to note the cleanliness of the rooms. About the smells: the sewerage never smelled during our 2 stays, so this is a lie. Food SOMETIMES smells only in the corridor (probably something with the hood, although last year it didn’t smell at all) and then only when dinner is being prepared, these smells do not penetrate into the rooms. The cafe-dining room, which is located on the ground floor, does not interfere with rest at all. The music playing in the cafe is unobtrusive and quiet, and at 11 pm (more often earlier) it stops altogether and silence sets in. There are no cars under the balcony, because the hotel is at a dead end and you simply cannot drive there by car. I think that this will undoubtedly please many citizens. Silence and comfort are the main characteristics of this hotel. Who at least once rested in Paradise will undoubtedly agree with me. The prices are a little high, but if you compare other hotels of a similar price category, then there will be much more pluses towards Paradise. The village of Utes is very small and cozy, there is a park of Princess Gagarina, where you can freely walk for your pleasure. I liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, there was a room with a balcony on the sea (1st line), an excellent view, in my opinion the most successful, all the stones that are in the sea on this coast are visible. Of the minuses of the location: a narrow central embankment quite overloaded with vehicles with most of the hotels on it and the streets of the second line. The second, most frequently mentioned minus is the wastewater treatment plant, located in one of the peripheral areas of the village, near the parking lot, boiler room, etc. On the one hand, this means that the settlement is AUTONOMENE for water supply and sewerage, i. e. not dependent on the old system, again a plus! On the other hand, the banal thirst for profit of the local owners did not allow leaving a certain sanitary buffer zone free of residential buildings, so a number of hotels farthest from the sea are in the periodic "damage zone".
There is only one way out - to look for places in hotels closer to the embankment, to the sea, where we, in fact, found our option, not once in 10 days "hearing" the notorious sewer station. By the way, for ignorant people: a sewer station does not mean dumping sewage into the sea opposite it.
Service and entertainment.
Pros: a lot of small shops, cafes, restaurants and exchange offices. Many hotels provide rental of water accessories, organize boat and underwater trips. There is a taxi service almost around the clock. The streets are under video surveillance, there are security patrols, a rescue station.
I liked the service in the hotels, the people are courteous, cleaning every day, changing linen two or three times in 10 days, constantly monitoring the state of the bathroom (fresh towels and accessories). The breakfast is quite edible and plentiful. Things are brought to the top floor, they help call a taxi. Food in the room for a modest extra charge. .
Cons, if you can call them that: there are no large entertainment centers, nightlife (after 23:00 the last restaurants close, the music subsides). In fact, it is natural for a family holiday. There are discos in neighboring Partenit, after all.

Pros: from the balcony you can see one continuous sea literally ten meters from the railing, which was clean all the way. Yes, concrete beach.
