We rested in the Crimea for several days in Utes, at the Monte Carlo hotel. Excellent location of the hotel - on the very shore, you can even jump into the water from the balcony, at the same time in the center, and a little apart from other boathouses. The hotel is a former eling (like almost everything in Utes), but completed. It has only 3 rooms, all two-room. The rooms are big. There is also a splendid terrace on the second floor. We lived on 4. We had a bedroom, a living room (a full-wall window overlooking the sea), a bathroom with a bathtub.
I liked that the house is located on the very seashore, there are sun loungers (in the morning they took them out to us), there are a lot of different cafes around to eat.
I must say that this is not a hotel with stars, but rather a private house designed for guests to relax, because of the staff there is only an administrator and a watchman. But they were very friendly and tried to solve all the questions (advise where it is better to buy, order a taxi, organize a tour).

The rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed as needed.
The overall impression is a great place to enjoy the beauty of the Crimea, a beach holiday and just "do nothing"! I can recommend it for families with children, as there is a kitchen downstairs where you can cook something.
