Disgusting cleaning of the room: during the entire stay, they never dusted, did not wash plumbing fixtures - the toilet, sink, shower, faucets. Poorly replenished gels and shampoos, changed towels. On the walls and ceiling of the loggia all the time of our stay in the hotel there were disgusting rock worms (photo attached). When asked to remove these worms, the administration replied that they would not go anywhere, we would remove these, and others would immediately appear. Ice water in the pool. on the territory near the pool (7th floor of the building) drafts. Unreasonably overpriced room.
