Good evening. I want to share my sad experience of staying at the Ai-Todor Hotel. After four days of staying at the hotel, our child ended up in the hospital with a terrible infection!! ! Which, as the doctor explained to us, the child could catch only in the pool!! ! As it turned out, the maintenance of the pool does not meet the standards. Yes, in principle, and everything else too. Despite the new building, the furnishings are poor. The beach is absolutely HORRIBLE. Last year, when we were resting, a man drowned. They took him to the beach. And he lay there all day, which indicates the lack of staff on the beach. And finally, the staff is, to put it mildly, rude. Complaints were answered in a boorish way. Thanks to such hotels, but rather their owners, I want to relax only abroad.
