Прекрасный отель. Excellent hotel.

Wonderful, amazingly beautiful hotel! We rested in late August - early September 2014. The hotel has just opened. Everything in this hotel is done with attention and care to the client - from towels, cosmetics in the bathroom, comfortable sunbeds by the pool and ending with the design of the hotel itself. Everything around - both outside and inside - is unusually beautiful, everything pleases the eye! I would like to note the European well-trained hotel staff - all very polite, intelligent-looking young people. At the reception and in booking, the girls are a little lacking in experience and confidence in communicating with customers. The restaurant cuisine was excellent, the chef knows his business, everything is always fresh, quite varied - an excellent level of service and hygiene. There was a little lack of sweets for dessert, but I think this will come with time. During the period of the influx of hotel guests, it is a little crowded in the restaurant, but this issue, I think, will be resolved when the hotel is full.
The beach is not very far, 5-6 minutes from the hotel down the street along the shops and mini-market. The beach, of course, is not Turkey or Greece - there is very little space and although there is a dedicated area from the hotel (sunbeds lie right at the water's edge, excellent umbrellas, the "beach boy" will wipe everything from the sand to you), you are still "mixed" with all vacationers. Those. the public is very motley on the beach. But the sea is great! Clean, transparent, no worse than Greek.
The rooms are all comfortable, good bedding, mattresses, excellent plumbing. Personally, we did not have enough lockers and bedside tables in our room to put things, you might think to add, but not everyone takes as many things on vacation as we do! There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, but on the territory of the hotel it is super fast, thank you!

Special thanks to the animators. Despite the fact that there were very few children in the hotel, the hotel went to the expense and allocated special people to work with children - this is a very indicative attitude towards the client.
Largely thanks to this hotel, the rest in Crimea was excellent and left the most pleasant memories! We will definitely return to this hotel again. The owners can be proud - they turned out a great hotel, keep up the good work!
