I want to note right away that I am not one of the capricious tourists, I rested both abroad and in our south and in the Crimea. I always tune in positively to rest and try not to pay attention to the little things, but this time I am so upset and outraged that I decided to write a review for the first time. We rested from 29.06 to 10.07 with a company of 3 mothers and four children aged 12-14. We arrived at night, naturally tired and soaked in the rain. But apparently the girl at the reception was more tired than we were, she was not friendly, after filling out the questionnaires, we asked to be accommodated not far from each other, on the same floor, which was immediately refused. After long conversations, rooms on the same floor were suddenly found, and we were given the keys with a disgruntled face. We lost a day fully paid for with food, we were not even provided with water, we had to go at night to buy water to give the children to drink. It is clear that they are not obliged to do this, but it would be nice to show at least such care for the guests. It also turned out that for "some" tourists a service is provided, that if a tourist loses a full day, then he can get a free breakfast on the day of departure. How to get into the ranks of these lucky ones is not clear, but we were naturally denied this service.
The rooms are small, more than modest, the wallpaper is torn off in some places, there are only two sockets at the table for a refrigerator and a TV, if you want to recharge your phone, you have to turn something off, you had to buy an extension cord. We had a room with an extra bed, this chair was in the middle of the room, when it was laid out, it was already impossible to pass through the room. Balcony doors didn't close and rattled. In order to wash, I had to make an application for a plumber in the morning, since it was impossible to adjust the temperature, they changed the mixer.
You can hang clothes to dry on the balcony only thanks to a rope and clothespins bought for your own money, someone is lucky, and the rope is inherited from previous residents. People who like to sit in the evening and watch the sunset are in for a big disappointment, the balcony is striking in its shabby to hide the terrible floor, the balcony is covered with some kind of piece that looks like an artificial old football field.

For 10 days, they never changed any linen, towels, toilet paper, when it ends you need to ask the maid.
Dining room: there are no complaints about food, the only negative is that you constantly had to look for a kettle and pepper in the rows, it is not entirely clear whether these little things can not be purchased in the right amount. It is also a pity that there is no fruit on the menu, or at least they would have made a choice between fruit or pastries.
The territory is large, but well-groomed in the form of planted flowers only at the entrance, everything else is more like a forest. The main path with stairs is not illuminated in the evening, you walk by feel.
For us, the football field was a joy, the only thing is that if a child falls on the floor, the brown paint does not wash off. The room is certainly very hot when the sun, despite the fan brought with him.
Swimming pool. Well, this is generally a song, if you enter for free on a boarding house card, they start being rude to you from the doorway, and not only to women, but also to children. Doesn't help even if you buy something at the bar. A tipsy bartender after selling juice to a request for a Wi-Fi password answers give the phone, I'll enter the code myself. After repeated rudeness from scratch, we went to complain to the administration of the boarding house, which, in turn, completely denies what is happening in the pool, since it is rented out. Then it becomes unclear why a private pool is declared on the website of the boarding house, if the management replies that it has nothing to do with it. About forgotten things by the pool, such as inflatable accessories, you can forget, forgot, no one will return.

But the saddest thing in this boarding house is the staff, I don’t mean the maids and waitresses, but the woman who calls herself the administrator of the reservation department Natalya Yamanova, at a polite request, who can be asked about extending the number, was frankly rude and spoke highly with the phrases "you there in Russia, what time does the working day end... ", while this issue was not within her competence, but apparently she considered it her duty to get nasty. For any request, the staff first say come later, when you come later they say you should have come earlier. So, for example, an announcement was written near the dining room that dry rations are ordered a day in advance, they came as it was written in a day, they said it was too late, please excuse me, but here is the announcement, the administrator answered, but I still have it on the table somewhere on the side written, it was necessary to search and read. Also, at the beginning of the holiday, they asked to extend the rooms for at least half a day, come back later! Came in 2 days - come tomorrow! We are coming tomorrow morning - you are late, you should have been earlier, and in general we have a day off !! ! And plus they talk to you like a petitioner, as if you owe them something. Given that I paid more than 100 thousand rubles. for myself and two children, I was just shocked by such an attitude of the administrative staff towards their tourists, not once that they did not meet halfway and did not try to resolve the usual problems of the guests of the boarding house, and we were not even honored with elementary politeness and a smile. When asked to give the coordinates of the director, who was not there, or who can be contacted, at the reception they answer that we do not know anything, we are not solving anything. Upon check-out, you are provided with a luggage storage room, but a shower and rooms to change clothes are not provided for those who are forced to wait all day for a flight. Of all the guests, many were dissatisfied, it’s a pity that so few write reviews, because you plan a vacation for a whole year, you wait for it, and then they scoff at you for your own money and spoil the impression of the sea, sun and Crimea. I would like to warn people who have not yet managed to buy vouchers here, the boarding house is not worth the declared money!
P. s. I liked Sudak very much, clean sea, wonderful air, delicious barbecue, wide promenade, for lovers of nightlife there are discos, bars, clubs for young people. We highly recommend the sports bar in the bowling alley on Cypress Alley - polite staff, good attitude towards children, pleasant atmosphere, air conditioning.
