We haven’t arrived yet, the ticket is actually from August 10, but I don’t want to go there anymore.
- you need a huge bundle of all sorts of certificates (at the beginning of the summer we rested in a hotel near Moscow, only a passport was asked from the documents)
- the list of required documents includes photocopies!
- a call to the phone number indicated on the site can easily not be answered. Or they can answer, and, grunting something like "we have a check-in, call later", hang up
- asked to leave dinner for the arrival of the Moscow flight - they answered that they were not supposed to do that.
For the money that they ask for their services, such questions should not arise in principle!
