" Then for 2 days the hot water disappeared completely. “Dear” administrator Oksana told me that this was due to an accident in the city (although there is probably a baller in the hotel) and she does not know when everything will be fixed. After 2 days hot water appeared, but now it was given only from 7 to 8 pm. We didn’t have time - it’s not fate to wash ourselves today! Mothers with children were in shock, quarreling with the administration, but this did not lead to anything.
2. The room is not cleaned at all, bed linen and towels are not changed, even the garbage is not taken out. I told the administrator that any self-respecting hotel cleans up the garbage in the rooms once a day. Oksana said: clean up the garbage yourself - the container is in front of the hotel! Answer: There is no safe anywhere and when you leave the hotel you must give the key to the guard!
