Disliked: The mini kitchen lives up to its name - a liter kettle and a stove, well, very modest and very inconvenient for so many rooms and the lack of a cafe on site. I didn’t like the cacti placed here and there (the child often suffered and we got it too). Cleaning is not of high quality in the rooms, which I can’t say about the territory of the yard. In our room, we had to hold the shower in our hands to wash ourselves. We are experienced travelers, this is the first time. I didn't like that smoking is allowed throughout the hotel. For vacationers with children and non-smokers, this is a big minus. The road to the sea is uphill, broken and not very attractive. There was practically no internet, you could catch it only at night.
Conclusion: the mini hotel is boldly recommended to young people, vacationers without children, smokers. In general, we are satisfied with the rest, and everything described above is for those who have a rest ahead.

The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes walk, but there is almost never anything there. The nearest food point is 17 minutes away.
The mini-boarding house itself looks good, the number of rooms with a normal repair, clean. The interiors in some places correspond to the photo, in our room it was very uncomfortable - for such a small room there are too active drawings on the wallpaper, bedspreads, bed linen (leopard). Window decoration with curtain sets is clearly too much, too many different fabrics and not modern.
There are rooms with an entrance hall, there are without it. Much better from the hallway, so check right away which one you are booking. And the windows in the rooms are those that face the street, and there are those that face the courtyard. Again, choose the first option, because the courtyard is made by a well and the echo is very good and any sounds in the courtyard (talking, walking, ... ) are fine will be heard in the rooms; and also there is a terrible stuffiness in them - because natural ventilation does not occur (the shape of the courtyard - a well - does not allow the wind to enter the rooms with windows to the courtyard), only air conditioning, and this is not always good.
The rooms have a refrigerator, air conditioning, a small TV, a bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a sofa, a table, a dressing table. Everything is in good condition.
Bathroom in the room - shower, toilet, sink, mirror. In a good condition. There is hot water, but the pressure is weak.
In the courtyard there is a shared kitchen, barbecue, seating area. The kitchen is small, equipped with a kettle, a stove with 2 burners, a sink, an iron, an ironing board. The iron is small and with soot on the surface, light-colored things run the risk of being stained.
