We had an active vacation, they came to the hotel for the night or to change clothes, so I can’t say anything about the employees, because. not very familiar. There were some shortcomings: the new TVs in the rooms are plasma, which is good, but during Euro 2012 nothing showed except for Inter - there was a process of setting up satellite TV. A little disappointed with the quality of the furniture. On the other hand - an excellent bathroom, with centralized hot water (permanently); air conditioning (by the way, it was not useful - there was enough cool breeze from the sea); mini-safe, refrigerator, balcony. Ironing board with iron - on the floor.
The hotel is located on one of the new streets where new buildings are still under construction. Therefore, the street has not yet been paved, but covered with rubble (small), which is inconvenient. But asphalt is a matter of time, they say, money has already been allocated from the budget.
We were in Sudak in the first half of June, and according to local residents, this is not the season yet. The hotel is constantly developing: they connected satellite TV, brought in new furniture, made people happy with the appearance of an electric kettle, etc. By the season (July-August), I think everything will be at the highest level. The price is democratic, next door is much more expensive for the same conditions!

The cost of food is not more expensive than in other hotels. But we saved money, ate in cafes and canteens of the city and on the Embankment (there are many of them). Savings by 2 times, and you won’t scare us with extra walking.
The owners of the hotel are friendly and pleasant people. As mentioned in the other review, you feel like a guest here. The place is quiet, close to the sea. The best ratio "price-quality".
