Pros: peace and quiet; common beach; proximity to both neighboring villages and large cities (30 minutes by bus to Alushta); tasty and inexpensive cuisine of the "Resort Dining Room" (my husband and I ate from the belly for lunch for 70 UAH in total); found a "point" with fresh home-made milk, and it is difficult to find it in a big city; there is a place to wander (for lovers of walking)
Cons: there are no sidewalks, you constantly maneuver between cars; rather dirty beach (tolerable); absence or complete clogging of bins and trash cans; the staff of the cafe "Shashlychok" allows themselves to cook this very shish kebab not on wood, but on garbage from a neighboring trash can (we watched daily from the hotel window); to find a decent place to eat, you will have to work hard

After a month of searching for a decent vacation spot throughout the South Coast, we stopped at this hotel. And they didn't regret it!
Pros: quiet place; you get there as if you get into a family (the staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful); individual approach to each guest, trying to please everyone; a large heated pool (when the sea was stormy, it helped us a lot); breakfast included; regular and thorough cleaning; cold, mountains water around the clock; Air conditioning and TV in every room
Cons: the hotel seemed unreasonably expensive to us; change of linen and towels once a week, although in hotels with such a room rate this is done more often; there was no refrigerator in our room, we had to be content with a shelf under the air conditioner; ) she saved us wine and fruit more than once.
In general, the impressions of the rest are excellent! Several times we walked to Malorechenskoye (there, by the way, the price is lower), once we reached the lighthouse temple. For those who want to have a calm and quiet rest, Solnechnogorsk, Malorechenskoe and Seven Courtyards are the very IT! My husband definitely wants to go to Solnechnogorskoe next year.
