Rested in August 2018 family of 3 people.
Our room was on the second floor, the room was clean, shower and toilet with hot water, there were no interruptions in water supply. Most of all I liked my own kitchen with a terrace on the floor. Walk 10 minutes to the sea, the road is downhill. There are shops in the village, it is convenient and close to get to Alushta, 25-36 minutes, although during the day there is heavy traffic along the highway towards Alushta.
We were satisfied with the rest, we recommend.
