In the main building - dust and a disgusting smell of junk. The rooms are small and stuffy. I don’t know who Ulyana is there, who refused to give her last name and position (either an administrator, or a hostess), but she behaves in a boorish way. Arriving on vacation and having paid money for the reservation in advance, having seen the conditions that were offered to us, we refused to settle and asked for a refund of the prepayment (because there is no information on the construction site or poor living conditions on the site). With the use of obscene language, Ulyana refused us a completely legitimate request, arguing that the official information about the hotel indicates the impossibility of returning the prepayment, which is also not true. . These people are real swindlers, fortunately, they could not spoil our vacation, because we had a wonderful time at the Edem Hotel for the same money and with great comfort and excellent service.
