I chose a place for a long time, on the Internet, in advance. several calls and emails. advance payment for a month on a personal card of the hostess! we arrive - our three-room suite is sold. actively trying to offer us two-room apartments. and it does not suit us categorically! we are 5 people, we are not 2 families and strangers cannot sleep in the same room, especially in the same bed. but the administrator pretends not to understand this. settled in a room with a veranda - like a separate room. only the passage to the bathroom there through someone else's bed. and the whole veranda is visible from the street - it is impossible to change clothes. + gave a room on the first floor overlooking the terrace-restaurant. windows do not open, stuffy and humid because of this. all the time under the window someone eats / talks, it seems that in your room. put extra. a bed for a child - immediately the place in the room was over. the owners, who were clearly in the hotel, were hiding from us, the administrators assured that it was not them (and according to the photographs on the Internet, they are very similar. And according to the behavior of the maids, too. And having expensive cheeses for breakfast when guests are served cheap breakfast is also not comme il faut) the owners did not apologize, did not ask how we were and what, did not offer help.
our rooms were given to us temporarily - not for the entire duration of our stay. they were already sold to someone and these tourists were going to be settled there, and we had to look for our own housing. The receptionists breathed a sigh of relief when we left. as compensation, we were given 3 dishes for dinner for 200 rubles and 1 bottle of tasteless wine. (we are 5 people) sad and insulting. the place is beautiful. but with this attitude - never again!
