For days on end, an excavator-drill was hollowing out in the neighboring territory of the Mriya boarding house (it is closed), and a terribly old TV (a coffin of the 70th year with a b / w muddy picture), wires on the floor and under a terrible carpet (which should be in the garbage), as well as the lack of hot water all daylight hours and darkness everywhere and everywhere.
