The location is not very good: you can drive up, but with difficulty, it’s far from the sea (although they write - 10 minutes), the facade rests on the fences of steep summer cottages, and from the rear there are mostly old huts.
The conditions are not bad, but everything is somehow unfinished: in the shower, the water is poorly regulated, sometimes boiling water, sometimes cold. Plasma TV - Malevich's black square - does not work.
But the worst part of it was the hosts. Phantoms from Sovdepovskoy reality.
They believe that they rented you a room in the same way as they used to settle in a hostel room, i. e. THEY ARE THE OWNERS HERE AND YOU SHOULD (for your own money) FULLY MEET their foundations. (Retired owner)
When I found out by phone about what rooms are available, they told me that there is only a room for three, but they don’t care, as long as they pay the cost of the entire room per day, but,
when we arrived, and three days later another friend drove up to us, such a circus was arranged here,
that it was embarrassing in front of a person and the mood would have been completely spoiled if it were not for the natural tendency to optimism.
First, he was offered to separately rent a suite nearby for a day, and when he paid, they announced that the room had to be vacated by 12 o'clock, because it had already been rented out and people would come, then they demanded from him for staying in our (already paid room) still the same the amount per day as the whole room. !!!
