Closer to the trip, it turned out that we didn’t fit into the budget ((((I really wanted to visit local attractions (there were 5 times in the Crimea, but mostly a “beach” vacation), so we even thought about moving the place of deployment in order to save on housing. The second option was - to buy a double boiler and cook in the room. But at Arza, judging by the site, there is a bar and a restaurant on the territory - the hostess of a competitor in the form of our double boiler is unlikely to tolerate....We call, explain the situation - and they meet us halfway !!!!!

As in any place, check-in time is -14-00, check-out -12-00. We, as expected, arrived at 8-00... We met with a smile, tea, coffee, compote at the expense of the institution)))) Naturally, we do not pretend to anything - we will leave our things and go to the sea. Five minutes later, the hostess comes and says - Your room is already free, if you wait an hour, they will clean it and you can move in. Like wow, but I see those people dressed in swimsuits who leave their bags in the sun....Ie. people to return from the beach - neither take a shower, nor change clothes like a human....It is inconvenient in front of people, although we, it seems, did not kick them out....
While we were waiting for the room to be cleaned, we involuntarily heard the following - a certain young lady from the servants today is the first day at work (it happens on August 18)
Settled in a room. We ask the servants - is the staff new? - they answer - yes, and they themselves have recently, and probably will fall down soon, too - it’s hard to work for 16 hours... Oops - a lot of staff turnover - nothing good...
Let's look at the number. Booked "Standard". What is it? There is a double bed and a small chair-bed in the room… we agreed on this particular room, there is a kettle - but one for everyone in the "winter garden", they can show us a bigger room, but it will cost more and in general we were lucky, since we had an early booking (remember 12/06! ! ! ), but the room is much more expensive.
Since the wife agreed, and the conversation was 2 months ago - who said what there is difficult to find out - plus we drove 900 km overnight - I can already sleep on the stones - we stay. (I note that upon arrival home, I found a leaflet where Arza's phone number was written down, the card number to which money was paid and an indication that we were paying for a Standard room. And, according to the website, they settled us in a "junior suite" with an area of ​ ​.11 -12 squares, including a bathroom)

About the number, so as not to return to it. Of the furniture, in addition to the mentioned double bed and chair-bed, two more bedside tables, three chairs, a cabinet with a refrigerator inside and a kind of table against the wall... Why the similarity? The table is long, a meter and a half, but 30-40 centimeters wide....And right above the table there is a TV set..... And the entire area of ​ ​ u200bu200bthe room (without a bathroom) is 8-9 squares....that is. between all this splendor there are passages 50-60 centimeters wide....i. e. you can go through if you are careful....The furniture is homemade (well, like to order - I understand - I did it at home), it was done well (although olive and brown is such a combination), but in some moments they saved money - namely on the corners - the corners of the base of the bed –straight lines…. plus 50 cm passes…. as a result – each one at least once landed on these corners. The eldest daughter was not the luckiest of all - the abrasion became inflamed and has been healing for a week, although it was immediately treated with peroxide.
More about furniture. Cabinet with refrigerator. I noticed that the door was hanging crookedly (“Scammers”))), and when I opened it, there was a puff of heat from the cabinet - there was a refrigerator, but not a built-in one, but an ordinary one, and no one thought about ventilation for it. As a result, the refrigerator was constantly in a kind of oven. Therefore, the door of the cabinet had to be slightly opened and kept in this state for all 10 days. (It looks like we were not the first to be so smart - hence the sagging of the door) And the ajar door of the cabinet exactly blocked the entire passage between the cabinet and the bed....
And there was also a lack of a table where one could taste a melon or a watermelon, watching that nonsense that is shown on 30 channels, or drinking tea / coffee there early in the morning....But it didn’t work out with a table, because only there wasn’t enough table there..... (I don’t even know which smiley to put - it was bad without a table, but in reality there was no place for it)
What else about the room equipment. Air conditioning available. It worked stably, though we are not amateurs and turned it on infrequently. TV VVK 20 with something inches on the wall. I don’t know who tuned the channels, but for some reason after each channel with a signal there was a channel without a signal.
The bathroom is normal, the plumbing is Cerzanit, the only thing when they installed the shower head holder was that the tiles cracked. And so it remained to stand cracked....
Internet. I mean access. “Wi-Fi Internet is free of charge throughout the entire ARZY guest house. ” (from the site). The Internet is distributed from two routers located in the center of the guest house. And our number was at the level of 5 meters lower than these routers were. As a result, as of August 2013, as of August 2013, there was no Internet in Arza's room stock (not only here - we asked the neighbors).

Well, the last thing about the room... Or rooms. Arzy is located right on the street. Soviet, despite the "D" in the address, and minibuses Yalta-Katsiveli ply along this street... Well, cars just scurry about sometimes....So they fell asleep and often woke up to the fanfare of engines. In fairness, I note that the movement was not strong, the car in a few minutes....
Room cleaning. On the fourth day, they asked to clean the room....they said well - and silence. On the fifth day, we bought toilet paper ourselves and changed the garbage bag in the toilet. And small garbage, such as watermelon peels or milk bags, were taken out daily by themselves, starting from the first day. On the sixth day, around 7 pm, there was a knock on the door - "housekeeping", but ironically, I was just sleeping and asked to come the next day. On the tenth day (!!! ) the maid knocked on the room, said that it was her first day at work and whether we needed to be cleaned....That maid who settled us and assumed that she was not for long, I haven’t seen the day since the 4-5th....
Phew. Everything about the rooms.
The territory is nice, a tiny playground, but 4-5 children fit there - one thing is bad - there are a lot of concrete steps on the territory, and the playground is upstairs, but everything worked out, no one seemed to fall off the steps.
In the center of the territory is the "Winter Garden" - a closed room with air conditioning and a telecom of 40 inches and the same routers (On the Internet, we mostly sat there). Ironically, on the first day of our stay, someone turned on the air conditioner and opened the windows (or vice versa) - as a result, the hostess saw this, scolded the maid and took the remote from the air conditioner. It somehow didn’t touch me much, I endure the heat calmly, and my eldest daughter was languishing. On the 4-5th day, she went to the hostess with a request to turn on the air conditioner, to which she received an answer, they say now the air conditioners are working in every room, and if she turns on this one too, then the network will not withstand the load.....
There was also a praying mantis in that garden. The real one!!!!

In addition to the above, there was a 5 liter water heater in the garden, which was used as a kettle. Since there are many people, and he is alone, there were situations that you come - and it is empty, there is water nearby, but it boils for 15 minutes.....
And one of the employees spent the night in the winter garden. I don’t know how, but she got a job with a 3-year-old child. And at 21-00 she politely asked everyone to turn off the big TV and put the child to bed... again, you won’t sit on the net when someone else’s child is sleeping next to you. Sometimes he went to the upper platform, but in the evenings it was sometimes cold there because of the wind, and in the mornings the sun blinded...
Wash. Use of a washing machine -40 UAH. For comparison, two years ago, in another place in the same Simeiz, they took 10.
We dried our bathing suits and towels on the balcony, from where the wind constantly tried to rip them off (a couple of times not without success). I saw clothes dryers on the territory, but I didn’t want to ask anymore.
Delicious grapes grow upstairs (I tried one berry as soon as we arrived). They asked the hostess to sell a couple of bunches - they were refused, they say it would be better if they make homemade wine, which you can buy from them at the bar. At first they wanted to, but then they got tired of it ((((
Guest cards. Entrance to the beaches with guest cards. When the hostess was asked about them, she took out a pack of already filled cards, corrected the dates and asked for 100 hryvnias for 3 cards....If my name was there, I would have paid, otherwise....We agreed that we would take a try, if they don’t ask us, we will return it to her. The next day they returned (the entrance to the beach is free, no one asks for anything). Maybe that's why they didn't sell grapes to us....
Road to the sea. We walked along the goat trail. To the sea - about 5 minutes. A 4-year-old child was constantly holding his hand both up and down. Once they saw how an adult man flew off her, who for some reason decided that looking at the phone was more important than under his feet. Like all trails in Simeiz, this one also contained mines and other "amenities". Elderly and obese people will have a hard time on this trail.

Beach. Beach on the territory of the Ellings. Fence, gate open from 8 to 20 with the inscription "private territory". (i. e. if you rented a boathouse, you only got housing on the shore, and the beach is shared !!! ) The security never asked for guest cards. The beach is clean, there were few people and less and less every day. The water is clear, warm)))) And pleasantness - except for the last two days, all these aunts "pies - fish-corn" did not go along the beach
Look like that's it. An employee of the guest house helped to leave, because the cars were set up so that there was 1 cm left between them (I had to fold the mirrors to get through) Thank you very much, without his commands I would have scratched someone.
And the neighbors had a history. They were settled when the hostess was not there. And the next day she appeared, said that she was misunderstood and people should move to another room.
