I found the Park Hotel by searching in Yandex and did not regret it. I lived on a separate, so-called VIP floor. This is their 8th floor. I chose a lovely inexpensive room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the park. Everything is wonderful, if not for one "but". There is a construction site right in front of the hotel, a new house is being built, and now it spoils the view with its unfinished appearance and protruding pieces of iron. The breakfast is small but tasty. I took the cheesecake. The Internet works very well, I even downloaded the movie on a torrent. Minimum staff)) As they explained to me, "We have apartments", but this does not affect the quality of accommodation. So I recommend. I am writing this review directly from the hotel.
