For example, they serve expensive tea in beautiful dishes, and at the bottom of the cup there is a sediment like fine limestone, and the manager Alexei, smiling, lies in his eyes that the water is the purest. The chefs, apparently, were chosen according to the same principle - the prices were the same as in a decent restaurant, and the level of cooking was the same as in an ordinary dining room.
