Today we returned from Lubomorye. In general, I liked everything. We expected to combine a vacation on the first line, a good beach, comfortable accommodation and the possibility of short trips to interesting places. And all this at a relatively affordable price. And I will say right away that this calculation justified itself.
The hotel TERRITORY is not very large, but quite clean and well-groomed - with cypresses, roses, etc. There are playgrounds, a parking lot, a cafe, a Lagoon (an artificial lake with sea water is shallow and warm. Good for kids when there are waves or cold water in the sea). There is a round-the-clock first-aid post, a small market with souvenirs and fruits, a beauty salon.
The unfinished structure spoils the impression a little... a structure between three-story buildings.

The main advantage of the hotel is its close proximity to the sea and a good, very spacious sand and pebble BEACH, where there are always places and where people do not go over each other's heads. Entrance to the beach is free, the cost of renting a sunbed (if desired) is 20 UAH. for 1 sunbed for the whole day. There are awnings and fixed umbrellas. Beach equipment rental, jet ski, banana, water skiing, football and volleyball courts, tents with drinks, changing rooms, toilet, massage, walking vendors with a traditional set of goods, children's slides, trampolines and cars (for a fee)... In general, on you can live on the beach : ) Only a few large signs "Smoking is strictly prohibited" are missing: (
We rented a ROOM in the 14th building (3-storey) not from the administration, but from a "private owner" - from a woman named Alice, who has been doing this for a long time. I really liked her attitude towards vacationers - a detailed and honest description of all the conditions and the full compliance of everything declared with reality, down to the smallest detail. The room itself is small in size, but well-renovated, with decent furniture and sanitary ware. There was all the necessary utensils, hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner, iron, safe, kettle and other little things like drying, etc. And most importantly - a great view of the sea, which was seen not only from the balcony, but from the bed : ). From the building to the entrance to the beach - a few steps.
FOOD you can organize for yourself for every taste and budget. The dining room is open from 08-00 to 20-00. Varied menu, reasonable prices, normal atmosphere, air conditioning. The taste is acceptable, not great. Very good pastries. There is also a cafe (French "Mon Ami", Italian "Viva Italia" and immediately at the exit from the territory of the eastern "Alim"). All three are pretty decent and tasty. Prices - usual for average resort cafes. We liked "Alim" more.
And, of course, there are grocery stores in Lyubimovka.
There is ANIMATION for children - both free local (competitions, relay races, etc. ; takes place on the beach or in bad weather in the hall), and paid "stopping" (circus, children's performances).
It is easy to get to SEVASTOPOL. Minibus + boat (half an hour + 6 UAH) - and in the city center on Nakhimov Square, and from there - at least to Chersonese, at least to the historical boulevard, to Sapun Mountain, etc. All public transport, easy and accessible.
