We have just returned from a great May vacation (05.05. - 05.10. 2009) near Sevastopol - I would like to give a description through the eyes of an eyewitness. The tourist complex "Lubomorye" is located in the suburbs of Sevastopol - the village of Lyubimovka. To the North side of Sevastopol 10 minutes by minibus number 52, then 7 minutes by boat - and you are in the city center, on Primorsky Boulevard. Do not be afraid of the prospect of riding public transport - it is well established, the minibuses are comfortable, there are no queues and crowding, the distances are short, and a trip on a boat is generally an unusual experience. Near the boat pier on the North side there is a small market where you can buy fruits, vegetables, etc.
In Lyubimovka itself, a five-minute walk from the tourist complex, there are several grocery stores, cafes, a newsstand, and a pharmacy. On the territory of "Lubomorye" there are 2 cafe-bars and an excellent inexpensive canteen with healthy hot food. A hearty lunch for two cost us about 50 UAH. Meals there can be ordered and paid for in advance, but we did not do this, because we planned many trips and did not want to be "attached" to the lunch-dinner schedule. There is a parking lot, a hairdresser's, a massage room, and also a painting studio.
The complex itself consists of a number of three-story buildings, located on the seashore, 50 meters from the beach (there are buildings a little closer to the beach, and a little further).

The complex was opened quite recently and some work is still underway on the territory (for example, on landscaping), but they practically do not produce noise. Next year, "Lubomorye" will probably be buried in greenery and flowers.
The rooms are different; We lived in a double category "comfort". The room has a balcony with a side sea view, a double bed, a folding chair, a small table with a mirror, 2 folding chairs, a clothes hanger, 1 bedside table and 1 for shoes and bags; TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower well equipped, hot and cold water around the clock. The room itself is small in size, but cozy, decorated in pastel colors that are pleasant to the eye.
The staff, from the reception to the maids and security guards, are polite and unobtrusive. Room cleaning was carried out daily, in the morning.
In general, "Lubomorye" is great for mobile, non-lazy people who want to actively spend time, visit excursions. In the summer season, there are probably a lot of people there, but in early May it was completely free, so we really liked it.
