We booked a room in the second building, by the way, it is a little closer to the sea and you can even see the sea from the 3rd floor. By the way, it is not written on the second building that this is also Azure, the impression was that all these guest houses standing in one heap had one master.
Upon arrival in Lazurny, the first thing that surprised me was that there was a room for the administrator and reception of those who settled in, but the cleaning lady was in fact engaged in the check-in)). Moreover, the process of registering guests takes place almost on the knee, no computer and relevant documentation was noticed. Don’t think that I’m picking on, but from travel experience, everything should look a little different).

After we paid for the room, we were taken to it. We wanted to take a quick break from the road. Unfortunately, due to fatigue, we did not immediately notice that the tulle on the window was stained with something and even slightly torn in places. the TV, it turned out that not a single channel was working! )). The cleaner * administrator * responded to my request to fix this problem, but she couldn’t do anything . . I had to call their management, in the person of a certain Svetlana. To my words about a non-working TV, she answered me on YOU that I supposedly ruined everything myself, I press where I don’t need to, and so on. etc. To be honest, I encountered such rudeness for the first time). I called back on another phone and apparently it was already her husband, who explained to me how to set up the channels, since I had never dealt with a satellite receiver and its settings before. As it turned out later, these settings were periodically reset and, in fact, the administration could make a reminder for the guests on the correct inclusion and configuration in order to avoid misunderstandings every time.
There were no more complaints about the room, they call these rooms superior junior suites, in principle there is everything you need.
Also, keep in mind that in this building on the 3rd floor, the balconies have no roofs and the sun decently heats the room, the air conditioner saves of course, but it’s stuffy at night. I would still recommend the 2nd floor for settlement.
The second cant of this guest house concerns the cleaning of the rooms and the change of bed linen. Initially, we were told that the cleaning was on demand, and the bed was changed on the 5th day. . Linen after 5 days did not change! On the 6th day, I had to ask and explain from what date we live)) (this is just a reference to the fact that no one seems to keep any schedules properly).
The second time, two days before departure, we didn’t ask to change the bedding, we just wanted to go home)), although the cleaner, in principle, came in and asked if we needed a change of linen. In general, I got the impression that some of the maids work normally, while others score.
The third thing I didn’t like about Lazurnoe, again an organizational issue, was that when I left I needed a transfer back to the airport and the so-called administrator could not provide me with normal information about what kind of car it would be, the driver’s phone number and generally made me doubt that there will be a taxi. I had to come up and clarify many times, which caused irritation among the staff)).
The general impression is that Lazurny is located in a good place, in the fenced area of ​ ​ ​ ​ the Lazur boarding house, everything is quite well-groomed around, there is where inexpensive and high-quality food is available (the dining room of the Lazur boarding house).
