We were with my family (3 people) in the “Bay of Dreams”, and there is no particular enthusiasm, the institution does not pull on 3000 rubles / day. Here are my impressions:
pros
1. Everything is new, clean.
2. Gorgeous view from the window of the room to the sea and mountains.
3. The room itself is very spacious. There is a refrigerator, kitchen table, dishes, iron, TV set.
4. There is always cold and hot water.
5. Underground parking is included in the price, i. e. free of charge.
6. Friendly service staff, without frank rudeness.
7. The room is cleaned and bed linen is changed every other day.
8. It is clean on the territory and in the coastal zone.
Minuses:
1. Construction is far from over. The pools smell of cement and some building materials. The construction site, fenced off from the views of vacationers by a fence, also does not make the rest pleasant. The noise of the surf is combined with the clang of construction equipment, grinders, drills, etc.

2. Systematic daily power outages, especially in the evening.
3. There is a TV, but the TV signal constantly disappears.
4. In a heated pool, and especially in an indoor pool, too much bleach and other chemicals cause itching and pain in the eyes.
5. Wi-Fi works at a snail's pace and only in the hotel lobby, there is no Internet in the room.
6. The local "supermarket" has a poor assortment of products, it finishes work very early. The absence of alcoholic beverages on sale makes it completely useless. The nearest place where you can shop is a couple of kilometers up the slope.
7. The restaurant at the hotel is expensive, not tasty and a long wait. When fish is fried there, you will know about it by the smell in the room. In principle, there is no alternative public catering nearby, with the exception of the “a la Georgia” toshnilovki in the village.
8. In the evening, the restaurant has live music performed by a local duet, but it would be better if these talents were silent. The repertoire is the same every day, by the end of the vacation you learn the words.
9. In the mornings, local dogs persistently and loudly wake up vacationers. Barking starts at 5 am and lasts until 8-9. Sleep is impossible.
10. There are not enough sun loungers for everyone. One day I was standing in line for the deckchairs and was the first one when some manager came up and said that the deckchairs were needed for more important people who had occupied them since the previous evening. Redneck.
11. There is only one elevator and sometimes you have to wait for it for 5 minutes.
12. You can go up and down to your floor only on the elevator using a magnetic card, the doors leading to the pedestrian stairs are locked. The elevator to the parking lot does not work.
13. A wealthy public rides in the beach area on personal scooters, which makes bathing the rest of the vacationers not very comfortable.
14. The circle of entertainment is limited to a tennis court, ping-pong, a sauna and the restaurant mentioned above.

15. Breakfast in the restaurant - buffet, 90 gr. / person, but to be honest, I still did not understand what you can eat there for 400 rubles.
