Dear guests of Afalina. I read a lot of reviews over the past 10 years, on this site and on other sites. There are even such reviews from guests who, having rested with us in 2010, but decided to write in 2016, that is, all these years they have carried the memory of us in their souls, or maybe a stone in their bosom.
To those who appreciated our work and are sympathetic to minor flaws in our work, I express my deep gratitude and look forward to visiting again on vacation. Our regular guests, and we have almost 30% of all guests, know that bottlenose dolphins bloom and renew themselves year after year.

I am sorry that someone was a dissatisfied guest - we try to provide a comfortable stay, however, I would like to explain some of the features of our guest house. Bottlenose dolphin welcomes guests from May to September, in the autumn-winter period the house is not heated. Since April, the house has been heated by a slip system, which is in every room. In April, all linen, pillows and blankets are dried in the sun, and if necessary, in special pillow cleaning machines. Therefore, if you stopped at the house on April 27, and not on May 1, then we went to meet you at your urgent request. Your dissatisfaction with the pillow had to be voiced to the administrator on duty, the problem would have been solved on the spot.
Afalina Guest House is located in the summer cottage area of ​ ​ Sevastopol on Cape Fiolent, we report this on our website. Probably, everyone has their own idea of ​ ​ a dacha area, but this is not the Yalta embankment, it's not even a city where all the streets and sidewalks are paved. That is why rest in a country house is valuable, which makes it possible to take a break from the congestion of the metropolis.
I agree with those who say that the territory of the park of the Afalina guest house is small, if I add: compared to the park of the Vorontsov Palace, whose area exceeds 40 hectares, the area of ​ ​ ​ ​ the park in Afalina is a little less than one hectare (this is because we the family is large and all summer cottages are united).
As a person who has been working in leadership positions for more than 30 years, I cannot afford to be rude towards anyone, but I admit that someone may take for rudeness, a reasoned refusal or a reasoned requirement to comply with the rules and norms of behavior in public places and the regime silence from 22 pm to 7 am.

Our family (and this is the only permanent staff unit for all 23 years of receiving guests, the seasonal feature of work makes us renew the team almost every year) will try to work so that your holiday in the new year will bring you joy and health.
