I decided to write a review about the work of the staff of the Admiral Hotel, at the address Russia, Sevastopol, st. Shcherbaka, 22-A, since the sediment after their service still remains.
My husband has regularly stayed at this hotel on business trips since 2015. Everything suited him and this summer for our family there was no question of where to stay for the first days of vacation. We have always recommended this hotel to friends and colleagues.
Our arrival just happened two days before Navy Day. My husband BEFORE, a month, and then two more times called the hotel and agreed with the administrator Anastasia that we are a family of three, one of them a child (three years old) is booking a hotel room. To which we were given a positive answer, an invoice was issued, which was paid. Anastasia assured that everything will be fine, come, WAIT!!!

At the appointed time, we arrived from St. Petersburg to Sevastopol to the Admiral Hotel, the time on the clock is 23.40, four suitcases and a sleeping, three-year-old child in our arms. The receptionist girl with round eyes declares that there are no places in the hotel !! ! While we were sorting out what had happened, we called the senior administrator Anastasia, who had the audacity to speak in a raised voice, stated that we were supposed to arrive tomorrow, wished good night and hung up. Based on this behavior of the staff, it became clear to us that they do not value the guests and no one was even going to apologize. So, on the eve of the Navy Day, thanks to the staff of the Admiral Hotel, the whole family stayed on the street at night with a small child.
And now henceforth their "five-star" hotel is blacklisted for us, our friends and colleagues. Now, upon arrival in Sevastopol, our choice will be in favor of their colleagues, as there are fears of being left on the street because of their incompetent employees. The beginning of the holiday was spoiled, a negative aftertaste remained, we are still "departing" from the hospitable reception. We understand that the quality of services over time is difficult to maintain at the proper level, but however, such egregious cases of service disruption should not occur. Even an appeal through the website to the hotel management did not lead to anything.
