We bought a ticket in Moscow to relax in August-September, in a room on Serpukhovskaya. Now I understand that the employees of this company, if you can call it that, cannot be trusted a single word! They just need to lure people into a place that is not equipped for housing by the sea . The day of departure came.

We bought a ticket in Moscow to relax in August-September, in a room on Serpukhovskaya. Now I understand that the employees of this company, if you can call it that, cannot be trusted a single word! They just need to lure people into a place that is not equipped for housing by the sea . The day of departure came. We left by train number 97, met us at the station at station 7 wells. They were taken to the so-called dachas. We were placed in a red cottage in deluxe rooms, as they said in Moscow. The room is not cleaned, cobwebs are everywhere, there are bugs on the ceiling, the furniture is dirty, the beds are small, intended for children. There is a problem with plumbing, electrics, you can’t call the masters, they promised to change the linen once a week, but they changed us with a scandal, there were no towels to change. The territory is unkempt, there are a lot of fruit trees, but upon arrival we were stressed that nothing could be plucked. There are many tile stairs on the territory, the territory is not lit, it is simply dangerous to walk, and it is scary to let small children go. The playground consists of a sandbox in the form of an old tire without sand and a broken swing. In the dining room self-service, served and cleaned themselves. Meals were poor: often there was not enough milk and butter. There is no baby food, as such, just the same peppered, salty salad in a smaller portion. TV only in the dining room, which closed at 20.00. Further leisure independent. The leaders of the dachas simply don't give a damn about ordinary people, they only create the appearance of work both in Moscow and there. Take a flashlight with you, because. the area around is also not lit, the roads are in pits and potholes.
The sea is clean, there are few people on the beach, go 500 meters to the beach, around. On the coast, do not believe in excursions either, they are only bred. In general, have a good rest!!!!! ! : )

Thank you so much for being you!! ! Special thanks to Nadezhda Fedorovna for understanding. We stayed there for 2 years in a row, but in 2010 we decided to go to "Zarya", it's 10-15 km from Shchelkino, after spending the night we ran away with a scandal and returned to NATIVE PENATES!! ! We arrived late in the evening, 6 people, with things, without any warning, after 5 minutes we were settled in 2 different rooms, fed, watered and put to bed, sympathizing for the torment in "Dawn"! Those were the best 10 days of 2010!!!! Now only to you!!!! See you!!! Ryzhovs.

Review of the rest in the boarding house "Moskovskie Dachi"
Deciding to relax during the crisis by the sea, he set the task for his wife to find something low-budget, but not in Sochi, because. holidays in this city at prices are not comparable even with Italy. My wife was advised at work to go to the Crimea, the Moskovskiye Dachi boarding house, it seems not expensive, again Ukraine, the prices are small, etc. Having completely trusted his wife, he gave out money, took vouchers. We decided to go by car - it's even cheaper: if a ticket to the Crimea in a compartment from Moscow costs 4.000 rubles. one way per person (together there and back - 16000), then by car the whole trip turned out to be 6800r.
Before leaving, I studied the route on the Internet for a long time and suddenly came across reviews about the rest in the Moskovskiye Dachi boarding house, the author is Petr Anatolyevich. In general, I was wildly upset, I didn’t say anything to my wife, but I was driving with a very heavy feeling in my heart, waiting for something from horror stories about scammers or huts from a fairy tale about Papa Carlo.
For some reason, driving a car calmed me down. Passing through Feodosia (where the road stretches for several kilometers along the beach) I saw a completely vile picture: people walking on their heads, the beach on the right - the swamp on the left and the most terrible cold sea (this is the end of July). And in Shchelkino, we first missed and drove into the city, where we swam in the warm Sea of u200bu200bAzov, and then found a boarding house.
We were housed in a "pink" cottage, I was in the mood for the infamy painted on the Internet, but what the previous authors painted. I have not seen. The rooms are well maintained, the cleaning is good, the food is very good.
Nutrition in general is a separate issue, I am a picky person in the quality and quantity of food, but there were no complaints here. By the way, my wife was very jealous that I praised the cook. They fed deliciously. Cook Yulia excelled in cooking Ukrainian and Russian dishes, daily fruits, confectionery. Why I eat this in detail: a young couple from the Moscow region was sitting at the table with us, so the girl at first grieved that the young man would not like the food, and then dissuaded him from having dinner.
You can talk forever about the sea and the beach: the sea is the warmest, but the wind is constantly blowing, if you don’t take care you can burn terribly. Because of the constant wind, windsurfers from Russia and Ukraine come here. Lots of youth. Expanse for children. The beach is as fine as sand, the shell rock is a fairy tale (if you remember, in the Crimea there are pebbles along the entire coast). Every morning, from 10 am, two women pass and clean up the remains of evening gatherings and garbage. Prices in Shchelkino - a separate song, compared to the South Coast minuscule. For men, I translate a number of prices for Russian money: vodka (good) - 80-90 rubles, beer - 24-30 rubles, melons - 12 r. kg, watermelon - 8 r. kg, ram - 110 r. kg, etc. .
For two weeks, they tanned, ate, rested. The inhabitants of Crimea treat us very well, I have never felt uncomfortable, respect and kindness. True, once in the market my aunt did not let my wife choose apples, then both grappled. But nearby, the merchant immediately gave us a discount and snitched on the neighbor, they say, the lady and the peasant have problems. South - in a word.
Maybe we should still say thanks to Pyotr Anatolyevich for the story that makes hair stand on end - the administration of the boarding house has drawn conclusions. Some kind of wariness was constantly felt in dealing with Muscovites. But to be honest, I do not agree with the author of the review about the boarding house. Maybe this is an ordinary "customer", the comrade wrote painfully literary and fluently "disgustingly". Don't know. From myself I will say: I liked the rest. If you want to have five stars go to Turkey. Crimea is a cheap and angry holiday. Something from our childhood.

This year we went early, in June, because they gave us good discounts and sold the ticket at last year's old prices and it was very profitable. And in June in Shchelkino, the sea is already warm, there are already fruits. We rest many times and are never disappointed. The most important thing is delicious food, there has never been poisoning, the warm attitude of workers towards us vacationers is met in Lenino for free, the sea is clean, nearby, 2 minutes walk, sand, equipped beach is closed, therefore few people and clean, in the evening in the bar and ice cream and Crimean wine, TV, karaoke, cartoons for children in the video room and parents can relax for an hour and a half. Excursions are both interesting and cheaper than in the city bureau, the attitude of the director Alexander Fedorovich is sympathetic, you can turn to him with any request and he will solve all the questions. Helped us with tickets both ways. And they take you to the train for free. We'll come again!

I came across a review about the Moskovskiye Dachi boarding house, intending to write something similar myself. ". It only surprises me why this review is almost the only one?!! I sincerely join this review and regret the inferior rest, I still, as they say, “sausage”. I visited "Moscow Dachas" from 12.

I sincerely join this review and regret the inferior rest, I still, as they say, “sausage”.
I visited "Moscow Dachas" from 12.08 to 26.08. To describe it in a nutshell, Zadornov's phrase suggests itself: "You can put a light bulb in your mouth, you can't put it out! " You're falling into a trap! I will not go into details, you yourself know everything.
I would supplement your story with a story about the incomparable rudeness of the administrator (if I may say so) Nadezhda Ivanovna. Before this vacation, I considered myself a non-conflict and relatively balanced person, but now I discovered new facets in myself! Every day is a scandal! Subject - return tickets. In Moscow, they promised to provide them on the spot, but I had to go from Feodosia. My friend and my child and I described it, everything is not so scary, we agreed. A week passed in the boarding house, not a word about tickets. We lived in "yellow", it is a kind of "center of the village". And now we hear - people are worried... The terrible word "Dzhankoy" sounds... We just went to ask... We were really yelled at! Oshalev, they did not immediately figure out how to behave, on the first day they did not give a rebuff. Soon we were informed that we were going from Dzhankoy, it was 3 hours by train, and there it was three more hours before the train. I said that I would not leave Dzhankoy, that I was not going to perform such feats with a child, and why, in fact, is all this negotiated in Moscow? I was told that so be it, they will take a Gazelle to Dzhankoy, but you need to pay extra for this and we should be happy that everything turned out so well! It turns out that they create problems for me, and I have to pay for them! I didn't order a tour of Ukraine, it's good that they don't go from Magadan to Moscow, but not to Tula. . . In short, they handed us tickets to Dzhankoy-Moscow. With elementary calculations, it is not difficult to guess what we have identified. I requested (very politely) a receipt for my return tickets. Picked up upon arrival! It turns out - one in Moscow, the second - at Nadezhda... and me? Not given! Not only that, some aunt came with linen and the two of them began to shame us vacationers (! ) In inciting a scandal and tearing them away from financial matters! It seemed that I was a pioneer in the camp, and very intrusive and narrow-minded. Addressing me and my friend "Girls", if I had a 9-year-old son in a different situation, I would be flattered, but here it "blew the roof off. " Switching to "her wave", I pulled out a receipt and demanded to formalize the withdrawal of the "resort fee". In the contract in Moscow - 5g, there they took us 10 per person = 30. Do not believe it - it turns out that last year's contract was in Moscow! Russia-Ukraine-a year difference!
There was already a question of principle. I made copies of everything that was possible, called my husband in Moscow, in a state of hysteria, I gathered everything together: flies in the dining room, cats, dogs sniffing appliances on unstable tables, the boorish attitude of the girls from the dining room, etc. The husband contacted the "office" and got on Alexander Fedorovich. He assured us that it was not the first time that complaints about the boorish administrator had been received, that the difference in ticket prices would be recalculated to us, in short, he reassured us as best he could. I note that I told Nadezhda that I am not going to pay for any delivery to Dzhankoy, otherwise I will stay with them until the victory. In that state, I was ready to throw the torn tickets in her face and let me later prove that they were. After a conversation with Moscow, "Irina Sergeevna herself" called from there, the boorish woman became fluffy, she said that they would take us for free !! ! We caught the little animals, set the tables in the canteen with napkins (it all lasted exactly 1 day). Of course, I do not believe in any compensation, but then only the thought of it calmed a little...
Moreover, the entire "check-in" of that period faced similar treatment! Absolutely everyone is dissatisfied, by the way, another review signed "Hope" appeared - she was at the same time with us. Further, I don’t know what happened, but many children caught some kind of infection. It lasts for a day, with a temperature, I myself fell through. After that, we did not eat in the dining room. We bought cereal and juice at the grocery store. You know, at least one positive moment - I was so afraid to get better for my vacation - I couldn’t! I even lost 2 kg! To whom, as they say...
Against the backdrop of all this, we met some vacationers who dreamed of getting to Moscow and "doing something already. " I think there will be at least two more such stories. I'm waiting for them, to be honest. . . I think it's useless to seriously try to get overpaid money, although after such a "rest" you need to go to a sanatorium for another month to treat your nerves. But, I got acquainted with representatives of the Crimean fauna... I won’t say that for two weeks the room was never cleaned, the linen was not changed, they were not even offered! There was a carpet in the room and by the end of our stay, it looked like a "branch of the beach". When I first saw the centipede, I stopped sleeping. In all seriousness - the child and her friend are sleeping, and I am lying with a lamp and a slipper in my hands - and so every night. And most of all, I'm afraid of grasshoppers, I'd better let mice in. Have you seen the locust there? They densely inhabit the "yellow house". When I got on the train, the compartment seemed so clean to me, I slept so well. . .
Thank you for giving at least this way to speak about the "rest" in the boarding house "Moscow Dachi" Crimea, Ukraine.
Sincerely, Elena.

We have been going to the Moskovskie Dachi boarding house for several years. Why so often, you ask? Children are asking : -) There are plenty of places where you can relax, but here it is summer cottages, and even on the sea. Home environment, everything is designed for a family holiday. Youth, if bored, you can go to the city, the center of Shchelkino in 15 minutes walk, by taxi 2 minutes.

Youth, if bored, you can go to the city, the center of Shchelkino in 15 minutes walk, by taxi 2 minutes. To the beach 32 minutes on foot, the beach is closed, only for its own. each family has a key to the gate. The sea is clean, few people, golden sand, beauty! The rooms in the boarding house are a match for hotels abroad, clean, good furniture, soft beds, deluxe rooms at the level of Western ones. The food is very good, no poisoning, no monotony, which is very important on vacation. And fruits are on the menu. Special thanks to the chefs, especially the head chef Yulia. There are many excursions, you can sign up and go almost all over Crimea. The tour guide is the director of the local school, very professional and friendly. There is a massage, prices are much lower than in Moscow, a sauna, and in the evening - a bar, karaoke Crimean wines directly from the factory, TV. And from 23.00 there is silence, because everyone has children, and who wants to have a rest, please go to the city and at least until the morning. Thanks to Alexander Fedorovich, Yulia, Vasily Pavlovich (driver), Nadezhda Iavnovna and many other employees of the boarding house for a wonderful vacation and good memories of it!

Hello, dear indignant!! ! Honestly, I really wanted to write a review right away - there was no Internet, so passions subsided, in 2008 we rested in a completely different place, and now, choosing a place to relax, I stumbled upon reviews of "Moscow Dachas" - and, you know, all the memories came flooding back - as if it was yesterday.
Let's start with the design - a little room at the factory, but the aunt is nice. She showed photos, told how great it would be that there is everything on the territory: a playground, and security, and silence, and the sea is right at the gate. It should be noted that my son was 1 year old at that moment, and they promised me that food is not a problem for him, that they have a children's menu, and since the child is small, then a 50% discount. Everything is great! And a lovely double room on the second floor of a white building. And all it will cost me is 24 euros/day. Checked out. Well, I still thought of buying tickets myself (and return tickets too). Go.
We arrived at Seven Wells, I must say that they did not deceive us with the transfer, we met, delivered in the best possible way. The territory shocked - tiny, the houses are poked - there is nowhere to spit, but at least it's clean and beautiful. Now our cottage is "beautiful". he found himself on the very outskirts of the fence, next to the exit, which no one locked or guarded, through which, with a roar of night and midnight, all and sundry dragged along, and not only "their own", but also strangers, in order to shorten the path. And under the windows of our cottage there was a parking lot of a local gazelle, which was started somewhere around 5 in the morning, warmed up to go to the market - and at that time we breathed "fresh" air and enjoyed the "silence".
Now a double room. Shock is not even the right word! It was. . . a balcony!! ! The real one, with a glass door sealed with white paper. In the room there are 2 assorted bedside tables with jamming doors, a single bed and an antediluvian chair-bed (as noted above: smelly, from the garbage heap). All. And also dirt and dust under the bed and armchair. And a window that didn't close. I was hysterical - I called home and cried into the phone - they consoled me as best they could. By the way, on the 1st floor, exactly the same balcony, with exactly the same furniture, was considered single and cost 16 euros, and the granny who lived there always ate in the dining room, and my son and I skipped dinner - a very inconvenient time - the very beach.
The nutrition of my child turned out to be my problem - there was no children's menu at all! I, locking the child in the room while she was sleeping, like a mad horse rushed to the market for cottage cheese, fruit, etc. In a state of hysteria, she rushed among the rows there (what if he woke up and roared at the whole boarding house! ), She quickly bought everything, grabbed a taxi and flew back! Thank God everything worked out!
Milk for the night had to be bought in the kitchen, because. it was not included in the cost of meals. Thanks to the chef girls: they even warmed it up, and by the agreed time it was always ready.
The only thanks are to the staff of that period. They really honestly did their job, for which, I must say, they were paid very meagerly, they also guarded so that the potatoes would not be taken out! Funny!!!
And my child liked the sea! So let's go to Riga!! !

About the rest in the boarding house "Moskovskie Dachi" on the Sea of Azov
Ukraine, Crimea, Shchelkino, 1 r
We ordered tours in Moscow, in one of the small agencies. As you can imagine, ninety percent of those percent of agencies are a small room, with several office desks with computers and the Internet, and, of course, with several telephone lines. Two or three people work in such agencies, the director himself sells tours. After several years of work, a small circle of regular customers is recruited, sufficient for a quiet existence. The work is based on the following principle: a client came (called) and expressed a desire to go to such and such a country. Next, the agency contacts several tour operators for the desired country and finds out all the information about a possible trip.
There are not so many tour operators on the market, so planning a trip by calling all tour operators takes no more than an hour. Special databases also provide great assistance in selecting a tour. The business is simple as a hammer: I found a client - I picked up a tour - I handed over my passports to a tour operator - I received passports with visas and tickets - I gave them to the client. That's all! But for us, clients - consumers of services, the visible side is the process of communication with the employees of the travel agency at the time of selecting a trip. In one agency they can tell in detail and competently about the country, hotels, existing and potential difficulties, advantages and disadvantages of the desired vacation, and in another they will profess the principle: the main thing is to sell the tour!
Thus, the conclusion is: the quality of your vacation, first of all, depends on the person who selects the trip for you. Competent, visited the country you are interested in, rested in a hotel himself, who advises whether he has sufficient horizons and life experience to provide balanced recommendations and advice based on your requests, service requirements and the level of your extraordinary personality. Experienced travelers, as a rule, understand that not a single employee, not a single agency will be able to understand all countries and all existing hotels. Therefore, specialization plays an important role. There was an agent in Turkey 40 times - well, it means that he is familiar with 40 hotels and can advise something competently balanced! And if he has never been to Mauritius? Is it then possible to rely on him when choosing a trip to this island? Conclusion: there are no universal agencies! Contact the experts or get ready to play the lucky - no luck lottery.
It was a brief lyrical digression-preface. Now I will try to return to the description of the rest on the coast of the Sea of u200bu200bAzov in the boarding house "Moscow Dachi". The task of the trip was not very simple, but not very difficult either: two children (3 and 5 years old) and a nanny are on vacation all the time, all the time (23 days), and three adults come in turn to them for a week. Those. one adult leaves, and the other arrives the same day. At first they wanted to go to Croatia, but already three weeks before the trip it turned out that there was not a single decent hotel left in the region of interest to us - everything was on the stop lists. On average, the price was for a two-room apartment (for 23 days) with full meals, all flights and transfers - about 4500 euros. Well, we started looking at proposals for Bulgaria - there are a million options! However, due to the lack of passports for children and the difficult movements of their parents (one brings the children to rest and leaves, and the other then arrives and takes them back), it was decided to refuse the Bulgarian visa. On average, offers for very decent hotels in Bulgaria: 2600-3000 euros for two-room apartments with flights and transfers. In Turkey, beloved by all, unfortunately, it was too hot during this period....Price for apartments in an all-inclusive 5 * hotel: 3200-4000 euros.
And then my energetic wife turned her gaze to the proud, autocratic, independent Ukraine. The warm and shallow Sea of Azov, the temperate climate and the yellow sand surfaced at the wrong time from the bowels of her childhood memories. No sooner said than done. One of the agencies similar to those described at the beginning of my story, for 93.536 rubles. (2672 euros) gladly sold her (us) a trip to the wonderful, according to them, boarding house "Moscow Dachi". Ukraine, Crimea, Leninsky district, Shchelkino, d. 1 p.
What the agency promised us (for which we paid money): a spacious deluxe room in one of the buildings of the Moskovskiye Dachi boarding house, located 150 meters from the sea, transfers and train tickets, the price also included breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. Moreover, they promised to prepare diet food separately for children.
The wife, nanny and two kids were supposed to be met at the Azovskaya station. But no one met! The train disembarked passengers and left, and two children and two adults in a state of shock remained standing on a deserted platform... I think everyone understands that a very significant amount of things is taken on a vacation lasting 23 days with two children. So, surrounded by a whole pile of suitcases and bags, four female Muscovites remained standing on the platform... But my energetic wife did not lose her head and started calling the Moscow agency, the one consisting of two tables and four chairs, which sold us this trip. Her call was treated with understanding, they tried to help, but to solve the problem by doing something quickly was beyond their strength. I had to take a taxi and get to the boarding house on my own.
However, those who got to the boarding house "Moskovskie Dachi" were further surprised by another surprise - the boarding house itself! Actually, only the inflamed brain of its leadership, who apparently wants to receive money at the Moscow level, can call it a boarding house. I think they were guided by such logic when they came up with the name! On a small plot, approximately 40-50 acres, 8 houses were built.
The site turned out to be located not at all by the sea, but on a hill, across the road from the sea. The way to the sea in the future took us not so much - 5-6 minutes, which is not so scary. But it's still not what they promised! It's not by the sea! The area itself is quite well-groomed and green. But there is absolutely no space for children to play and no playgrounds (swings and a sandbox made from an old tire from a truck do not count), no pool, courts, etc. In short, there is nothing but a sauna and a table tennis table.
We were placed in a yellow building, in a one-room suite without a balcony, with an area of .11 sq. meters, a little more than a window wide. Photo number. The room had a bathroom, a shower, a bedside table, a closet, two beds, and an old smelly sofa bed (according to the management, designed for two vacationers), apparently found in a garbage dump. There was no TV or air conditioning. . .
The director of the boarding house, Timchenko Alexander Fedorovich, thought that this was a deluxe room! The rest of the rooms, he said, were occupied. My wife had to make a scandal, call the Moscow agency, threaten that we would complain, seek the revocation of the license, etc.
The next day they were transferred to another building, white (the official name is light green). The new room was a little more spacious - about 15 square meters. meters and also "lux". Since this "suite" was larger than the previous "suite", apparently, they could well call it "super suite". We were even able to accommodate four beds in it, however, there was no free space left in it. The room had a bathroom and shower. There was no TV or air conditioning either. If the best deluxe rooms do not have TVs and air conditioners, then we can conclude that they are not there anywhere! There was also a small wardrobe, a table and two bedside tables in the room. There was a catastrophic lack of storage space, so it was decided not to unpack the suitcases.
The next shock: in the suites, and in everyone else in this boarding house, there are no towels! No one even thought about the fact that one person should have a set consisting of a hand towel, a foot towel and a bath towel! The bathroom itself looks at least scary: rusty, barely alive plumbing, a curtain hanging on snot, poor plastic hooks and accessories. When trying to hang a fourth towel on one of these hooks, it simply broke. There was toilet paper. . . we thought they didn't make that kind anymore. . .
Room cleaning was amazing too! A smelly floorcloth was crawled across the floor, after which a characteristic musty smell remained in the room for several hours. They ventilated, and no longer let the cleaning lady in, then they cleaned the room and washed the floor on their own.
About nutrition. On the first floor of this very turquoise building there is a dining room, consisting of a small hall and an open veranda adjoining it. In the dining room there are cheap plastic chairs and tables covered with multi-colored oilcloth, and a huge distribution window through which a wonderful view of the kitchen opens. The first thing we noticed was a nauseating smell. They didn’t even hear about what a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system is and why it is needed. …
Especially for Alexander Fedorovich. I roughly estimated the number and power of heat sources in the kitchen, took into account its area, the number of employees, room heat loss, insolation, etc. It turns out that you need to make an exhaust system for at least 1500 cubic meters / hour, and ensure the distribution of supply air in an amount of about 1200 cubic meters / hour. And do not forget to organize supply and exhaust ventilation with air conditioning in the dining room.
But we saw real miracles during breakfast. Self-service through this distribution window!! ! Vacationers lined up with trays in their hands! Can you imagine? ! Meals are organized in three shifts, thirty minutes each. And when you eat, do not forget to take the dirty dishes to the same distribution window! Each vacationer is assigned a place at one of the tables in the hall or on the veranda, and on many tables there will be neighbors with you. If you want to eat, come at the time allotted for your shift, stand in line at the distribution window, set your own table, eat without delaying the others, and then clean up the dishes after yourself. What a complete lack of service!
The food itself is also very savory. Breakfast: salad, hot, tea or instant coffee; lunch: salad, soup, second course, compote or tea; dinner - see breakfast. There is also an afternoon snack - biscuits and tea. It is possible the day before, the day before, to make an order for tomorrow, choosing: meat / chicken, pasta / rice, etc. Diverse dishes with flowers are in perfect harmony with gaudy oilcloths, the stink from the kitchen and shaky plastic furniture. But, trying to be objective, I cannot but note that the chefs are trying very hard. It's not easy to work in a stuffy tiny kitchenette on four ! household! stoves, and feed 120-130 people three times a day.
As soon as I arrived in this blessed place, I immediately talked with the director of the boarding house, Timchenko Alexander Fedorovich. In his opinion, the boarding house pursues a reasonable pricing policy and provides an acceptable level of service. Moreover, Alexander Fedorovich said that he was good at pricing. According to him, no one deceived us, we paid much less than the cost of the same vacation in the same Turkey. What do we want then? And the room in which we were placed is really their real suite! Well, if Alexander Fedorovich considers such a room a luxury and compares his miserable boarding house with hotels in Turkey, then only one conclusion is possible: there is nothing to talk about with such a limited person.
By the way, according to my observations, the public resting in this boarding house is divided into three categories. The first category is those who were swindled. They understood this, put up with it, and “rest” further, not trying to return the money back. Others, from the same category, tried to do something, but nothing came of it, and they continue to “rest” in the same way. So, for example, one young woman with a child asked Alexander Fedorovich to return the money in order to move from his pigsty to neighboring boarding houses or private cottages. But the doka in pricing said he would only refund them 3 euros a day for meals. The second category is those for whom such a vacation is the ultimate dream. Since there are cheaper rooms on the territory of the boarding house, without bathrooms and water, everything is very good for poor workers and collective farmers. Cheap wretched vacation in Soviet style!
Another observation is the attitude of the proletariat towards its children. For a long time I have not seen women beat their children and yell at them with a three-story obscenity for the slightest infractions. True, it is difficult to call them women, by the age of thirty they look like natural sows. So, in our enlightened time, a layer of lumpen continues to form - an uneducated proletariat educates its own kind - the conveyor works non-stop. Sad. But most importantly, feel sorry for the children! The third category of "vacationers" professes a very correct principle - we don't give a damn!
Especially for Alexander Fedorovich, I will give a brief overview of prices in neighboring boarding houses and the private sector. About the prices for apartments in Croatia, Bulgaria, Turkey - I have already written above. So located near the "Moscow cottages" cottages are rented by floors for 30-35 dollars (for two or three rooms). So, we were offered to place a company of seven people in three rooms for $ 35 per day. And in the boarding house "Riga", located directly on the seashore, there were two-room and three-room rooms with a bathroom and shower, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Price - $ 35 per person, 50% discount for children.
Thus, summing up, we can say the following. Moscow Dachas is not a boarding house or a hotel, but a Ukrainian (Crimean) parody of mass recreation in the private sector in the most terrible soviet style.
And now let me give you an exact calculation of the cost of our vacation (again, especially for the docks in pricing - A. F. ):
Term - 23 days; two adults, two children. Price: 93536 rubles.
Daily lunch for two adults and two children averaged 350 rubles.
Total: 101586 rubles. Or 2900 euros. This is the cost of "rest" without indirect costs. Slightly cheaper than a five-star hotel apartment in Turkey! Exactly the same price for four-star hotels in Bulgaria! Yes... Alexander Fedorovich really knows the prices!
Ticket prices were:
2150 rub. x 8 + 1080 rub. x 4 u003.21520 rubles. Commission for 250 rubles. from a ticket that Alexander Fedorovich decided to appropriate for himself: 12 x 250 rubles. = 3000 rubles. Total: 21520 rubles. + 3000 rub. = 24520 rubles.
Now we can calculate the real cost of living, for comparison with nearby boarding houses: a deluxe room in Moscow Dachas cost 77.066 rubles, or 3.350 rubles per day (95 euros per day).
Thus, we can conclude that the greed of Alexander Fedorovich knows no bounds. Accommodation in a spacious two-room suite with air conditioning, a TV and a refrigerator, with three meals a day, in the boarding house "Riga", located directly on the seashore, would cost us 62100 rubles, or 105 USD / day (2700 rubles / day). Those. for 15.000 rubles. cheaper.
Well, the prices in the district of Shchelkino for rooms in the private sector of a similar area with three meals a day for two adults and two children are from 30 to 40 USD / day. We would pay for 23 days about 800 USD, or 21.000 rubles.
Thus, the false boarding house "Moskovskie Dachi" deceived us by at least 56.000 rubles.
For reference: the cost of living in a suite declared by Alexander Fedorovich: one adult - 23 euros / day, a child under 3 years old (-50%) - 11.5 euros / day, a child 5 years old (-30%) - 16.1 euros/day. Which is 73.6 euros / day. Total for 23 days: 1692.8 euros / day, or 59500 rubles.
Now let's try to calculate how the originally paid amount of 93536 rubles turned out: 93536 rubles. - 24520 rubles. - 59500 rubles. = 9516 rubles. Something doesn't add up, what's the difference? I never received an answer from the director of Moskovskie Dachas.
instead of a conclusion.
Since I am engaged in entrepreneurial activities, I own several restaurants, clubs and trading companies in Moscow, I cannot but treat people who are engaged in the same difficult business with understanding. Today's reality is that doing business is becoming more and more difficult every year - the rules of the game are becoming more and more stringent.
Honestly, I really wanted to help Alexander Fedorovich with something, point out the shortcomings of his boarding house, suggest something important... I really did not want to waste my time writing this libel on a fellow entrepreneur. The day before my departure, I handed this note to the director of the boarding house with a request to read it and comment on it, and asked me to find time to meet with me the next day. But A. F. decided to avoid the meeting after that (I assume he thought I wanted to demand a refund of the overpaid money).
Conclusion: this person belongs to the category of so-called scammers - the main thing is to snatch money at any cost! Well, my conscience is clear, I guarantee that everything stated here is 100% true. I hope that after reading this note, you will make the right choice about resting in the Moskovskiye Dachi boarding house on the Sea of Azov, and do not repeat my mistake.
Sincerely, Petr Anatolievich.
