Stayed with my wife and two children. The hotel was chosen well, the site has full information, a webcam, so we had an idea about the hotel and it coincided with expectations. On the spot, given the surrounding reality of Rybachy, it was not difficult to understand that the hotel is very well located, away from the general beach rookery of seals and mountains of garbage and stalls. In fact, there is a small area behind the hotel to accommodate wild tourists, and then a completely wild beach. The beach in front of the hotel is 10 meters from the hotel and in the morning it is laid with sunbeds and umbrellas of the hotel and in fact outsiders do not penetrate this territory. The hotel itself is a reconstructed boathouse with a restaurant and a cafe on the waterfront, there are simpler boathouses nearby. The manager Vitaliy, the hotel staff are pleasant, responsive and solve all the questions that arise. Although the parking lot is far away, on request you will be delivered to the car and back free of charge. Special thanks to the driver who helped start the car with a dead battery. The rooms are comfortable, stylized as cabins, nautical theme. Breakfast included, light and healthy milk porridge, pancakes, etc. . There are nice "chips" - a library of exchange books, board games, a children's room, a hall for watching football broadcasts, catamarans, a jet ski. It is better to swim in the early morning, the water is clean and transparent, from 9 o'clock sellers of samosas-shrimps-fish-chips-berries and riders on water vehicles with the smell of gasoline burst into peace and quiet. Then, after 4 o'clock in the afternoon, around 6, the sun sets behind the mountain and it is already getting chilly. In general, given the infrastructure of the village in which there is nowhere to walk jeans, not to mention heels and dresses for ladies, the institution is the best. The hotel restaurant, in my opinion, is the position that needs to be strengthened. It is clear that we have a big problem with labor resources and we are ready to turn a blind eye to many mistakes of the waitress and not be picky (unless, of course, she is ready to learn, and not stupidly bicker). But we are going to the Crimea, to the sea and we want an abundance of fish dishes, lamb and meat, vegetable dishes on the grill, shurpa, pilaf, delights of oriental cuisine, fruits, author's wine and cider. The menu of the restaurant does not have all this, it is not clear which cuisine is the trump card of the restaurant, moussaka, by Greek standards, not moussaka, satsivi, without nut sauce and not satsivi, chalogach not from the grill, it seems, and not chalogach. The kitchen is a delicate matter and here my impressions will not help much, it all depends on the desire of the owners to improve and enjoy feeding people. I hope everything will change in the future, but the gastronomic restaurant is not remembered. In general, I had to get out and take risks in other Rybachy establishments or eat during car tours in proven places. The impression that everyone is obsessed with mayonnaise and you have to warn them several times not to put mayonnaise in dishes. The location of Rybachy is very beautiful - a valley surrounded by mountains, but the main street and the general beach are a quiet horror. So if you inadvertently drove here, choose a place away from all this, at the Fregat Hotel.

We didn’t live in the hotel itself, it’s just that it’s the most decent on the beach, so we went there to eat, drink beer, cocktails. The hotel is clean, beautiful, but we didn’t like the service. The bartender kept poking us. Asked to set a table in the gazebo on the beach - he refused. I had to carry everything into the gazebo.

Before placing an order, you need to ask the chef if he will cook it ???!! ! And if it does, then you need to wait a VERY long time. In general, all this upset and left an unpleasant aftertaste about the "FRIGATE". Goodbye "FRIGATE"!

Having not found any reviews about this hotel, we went there for good luck. What we saw (namely the hotel itself) was very, very pleased; )))) I'll start, perhaps, with something pleasant. What is stated on the site is exactly true, without the slightest exaggeration. Everything pleased: both the meeting and the hotel itself (quite, by the way, brand new, not "used"), the staff is always ready to help, daily, not intrusive cleaning and a stunning view of the sea, right next to you, thanks to a full-wall panoramic window.

The interior of the room, as well as the hotel itself and the restaurant in it, is thought out to the smallest detail. in the morning, after the first night in Frigate, we felt comfortable, like at home. Maybe, of course, it’s not very good for someone, but sitting at breakfast (which, by the way, will be delivered to the room without any problems) on the balcony, literally on the beach, from the room I don’t want to get out at all; ))). You can go down to make a swim and return back to your cozy temporary nest; ))) to a banal store, you start to think but was it worth it?
That's about Rybachye, this is a separate issue. Life here (as I understand it in most villages of Crimea) stopped in 1994. pedestrian crossings, they are probably not appropriate there at all), with a child to walk from the hotel to any store, like extreme sports, you don’t lose your vigilance for a second, because. Cars are constantly driving and many do not slow down too much. Shops are a separate issue, a set of products like in the year I mentioned in rural stores. the blessings of civilization, just relaxing with a small child in such a village is not realistic, because when asked about the release date, for example, kefir, the saleswomen "made" round eyes at me and calmly called the date of the implementation date, surprised that for me kefir with expiration date is 14 days, it’s not fresh on its 12-13th day. Fruits are mostly imported, it’s a shame that you gorge yourself on Turkish at home and it’s no longer worth going here for the locals. Well, maybe, of course, not a harvest; (( (It’s also unlikely that you will be able to eat normally here. It’s in Rybachy, in many so-called RESTAURANTS; )))))) it’s not even pleasant to go in, not to eat there. minimum, frustration, something to get, is unlikely to succeed I. Of course, everything that is closer to Yalta is already more or less reminiscent of civilization. Fishing in this regard, well, a very remote place, to go somewhere to gawk at the sights, if you arrived for 7-10 days in general, it hardly makes sense. From the same It is only 35 km from Alushta, but what is 35 km is another question. And this is not a very pleasant serpentine for 35-45 minutes, how lucky with the road congestion. for a trip to Yalta, a one-way road, it's at least a couple of hours. Either by a private car or by minibus, the pleasure is doubtful. We sailed on a "boat" to Alushta. , those. according to safety rules, they probably shouldn’t be at sea, but “because of the layers of paint, don’t be afraid, don’t drown” (black humor of the natives). it hasn’t broken at sea yet (and those that break may be waiting for repairs, at sea for three hours). Maybe they were joking, but the look of the “ship” left no doubts. By the way, for an additional fee (in the amount of 20 UAH. face) climb to the upper deck, well, like a VIP place, there you will be locked up with bars without a toilet for the entire trip. In general, you can talk endlessly about the benefits of civilization in the Crimea, to be honest, you don’t really want to, probably you just need to see it yourself. Nature YES, there are no questions, these lands are not likely to be endowed with this.
In general, the rest was still a success, to a greater extent, probably thanks to a good hotel and good (albeit INSANELY filthy) beaches of Rybachy (in other places on the South Coast where we were, this cannot be boasted, the beach is filled to capacity, but this, sorry September, what is the season here ??? %))). Now we have moved to Alupka to friends, we decided to stay in Crimea for another 3 days, visit Sevastopol and Bakhchisaray, visit Ai-Petri, and say with a clear conscience, we saw Crimea, albeit not as we would like, but nevertheless, we visited here.
Later I will analyze the photo report and lay out what we saw; )))))
