We stayed in August at the peak of prices. Information found on the Internet on the official website of the hotel. Now in order:
1) This is not a hotel, but a boarding house consisting of two small buildings. There is practically no territory as such - the car must be placed under the fence of the boarding house opposite.
2) Very close to the sea - a minute walk.
3) The rooms are small but well maintained (we took a junior suite). There is air conditioning, safe, shower, bathroom, panel TV. Everything is working properly.
4) The information on the official site about cleaning and changing linen every 4 days is exaggerated to say the least - we didn’t have them as such, including changing towels.

5) The saddest thing is food. The quality and variety are the same as in the Soviet canteen, and the portion size, well, perhaps for a child of 10-12 years old will seem normal. The top of the chef's culinary delights, I would probably call stuffed peppers in which there was one rice and tomato paste in the amount of 3 little things and a cutlet, if anyone else remembers the Soviet bread cutlet - this is it. And so a spoonful of rice porridge and (just don’t fall) one fried chicken wing is, for example, dinner. I think at $75 per room per night it's a shame.
And in conclusion, about Peschany himself. The public beach is small, the rest of the coastline is divided mainly between children's sanatoriums. Service and prices in cafes and bars, unfortunately, are domestic in the full sense of the word. For myself, I concluded not to go to the Crimea in principle - for a little more money Turkey, and if not, then Welcome to the Kherson region - the same sea and service, but two times cheaper.
