It's strange, we also had a rest in Chernomorets since June 11.2011, but there were NO TERRIBLE problems and jambs!! ! Perhaps we lived in different dimensions : )? We really liked the territory, friendly staff, normal Russian-Ukrainian food on the buffet (thank you to the cook! ), Petya the pelican, budgerigars and all the rest of the living creatures... got out - snorkeled, swam. The beach is good WITHOUT CROWD, clear sea (yes, the water is cool - but, sorry, June is not the hottest month... ) Yes, in the afternoon - the wind, but we knew where we were going - after all this is the Western steppe Crimea...
What was very pleasing, THE COMPLETE ABSENCE OF MOSQUITOES !!!
The family room is normal, towels were changed every day, the maids were attentive and not interested in the contents of suitcases and wallets....Documents and valuables, by the way, were stored in a safe...

There are many excursions offered - we went to Sevastopol, rode a boat, were in Panorama. The bus was quite comfortable.
Conclusion: Quiet family vacation WITHOUT STRESS. After private hotels (yes, they are cheaper, but... ) we are now definitely FOR boarding houses of this kind, where you can JUST RELAX without straining and where it is interesting, comfortable for your daughter... And Crimea must be shown to her...
By the way, my daughter is 9 years old, we also took a lot of medicines with us (it is clear that we need to rely only on ourselves everywhere and always), but they were not useful. Considering that the water had not yet warmed up enough, the daughter was not allowed to sit in the water for a long time.

Hmmm, it seems that when there are a large number of children, infection is inevitable ... Usually, such massive infections at children's resorts begin at the end of July - heat and very warm water through which the infection spreads ... Perhaps cool water provoked and unstable weather?

Normal (as expected) sanatoriums seem to have remained only in Belarus (with good doctors and full-fledged treatment), but they are in a crisis, it is quite possible that they will not stay there soon (ugh, ugh, ugh) But in seaside resorts, it’s still more SPA- boarding houses for entertainment, not treatment, respectively, with normal doctors, there are some problems everywhere ...

I also "rested" with two children in Chernomorets from June 16 - I will say the following - starting from June 19, out of 114 children, about 30 babies (up to 6 years old) turned out to have the same symptoms - vomiting, diarrhea, high. temperature - the administration tried to keep everything within the bounds of decency - that is, within the sanatorium, until a call was made on the hotline to the Ministry of Health of the Crimea - that's when they started to stir - a doctor on duty was promised at night, SES samples were taken from everything that was possible .. .

There are no official results - everything is hushed up, because. the victims dispersed - the only thing I know is that the infection went through the restaurant - several employees of the restaurant ended up in the infectious diseases clinic of Bakhchisarai ...

here their Soviet desire to "keep everything within the bounds of decency" will play a cruel joke. Little children were sick really very hard, it came to convulsions.
