When I was choosing a hotel where to go on vacation, I wondered how such good reviews can be from 2.3 stars? My husband and I went to Timor. I was really looking forward to this vacation. We've arrived. We took a junior suite on the 2nd floor. The room is good, clean, everything is fine there. The hosts are really very good, polite, friendly (it’s even a pity to write something bad). But the service is not so rosy. First, food. There are no comrades for the taste and color, as they say, but I didn’t like the food (I don’t know, does anyone like semolina with lumps every morning? Judging by the reviews - Yes! ). The kitchen is ordinary, you cook the same thing at home (I want to try it on vacation something new). There is no alternative there! You don't run into the city every time. True, you can order lunch, breakfast, dinner from the menu, but it is very scarce. To do this, every time you need to look for the hostess throughout the hotel and ask her about it. The new cook (Lyuba) was rude to us several times and not only to us, as we saw. This is VERY annoying on vacation! Secondly, the territory of the hotel is small. Judge for yourself, put 2 gazebos and a tennis table in one line. That's the whole area. There is absolutely nothing to do there! After all, you can watch TV at home. Thirdly, the sea is far away. It's still okay to go there, back you have to climb 4 high stairs and then go uphill. Once again, I do not want to go to the sea. Fourth, there is nothing there. No shops, no pharmacies, no cafes, nothing. There are only cottages. Taxi drivers charge from 70 hryvnia to the nearest settlement. You can’t travel back and forth 5 times a day. In my opinion, just to spend the night, you can shoot something simpler. In general, for myself, I realized 2 stars are 2 stars, no matter how well they write there. Wrote a review so that no one is as scammed as I was. To make the long-awaited vacation successful!
