The Rijeka hotel is new, 30 meters from the sea (it can be said without exaggeration: it stands on the shore), the Ordzhonikidze village itself is located in a beautiful bay, opposite the Karadag volcanic massif, at the foot of which is the famous Koktebel... The beach is sand, lovely promenade, cafes. The town has excellent infrastructure, there are shops, a market; prices are moderate, but there are also advantages - seasonal fruits, homemade dairy products, once a week - exit trade in fruits, vegetables and whatever your ear desires. There is a butcher shop. In the courtyards of the town-village - flowers, flower beds planted by residents. The town is well maintained and clean. There is something to drink: Shop "Koktebel", they sell excellent wines, cognacs and prices are ridiculous for such quality. There is a tasting bar. Cards are accepted.
To Feodosia - 5 km (minibus runs, 20 minutes, ticket 20 rubles). We visited the Aivazovsky Museum, the Green Museum; Museum of Marina and Anastasia Tsvetaeva. To Koktebel from Feodosia (25 minutes, ticket 28 rubles). We visited the Voloshin Museum. You can ride a sailboat (a 2.5-hour trip costs 600 rubles).
Ordzhonikidze also has entertainment, but it is more suitable for family holidays and literary solitude. We re-read "Running on the Waves" aloud to the sound of the surf and felt all the charm of this sea, this sky, this wind that inspired Alexander Grin.

Who is bored of just sunbathing, you can go to Stary Krym, visit the House of Green, the Paustovsky Museum, wander through the ancient streets and enjoy the artifacts of architecture.
As for the hotel "Rijeka". Perfect place! If you are with your family - do not be lazy, grab a multicooker in your backpack and the word "without food" will stop embarrassing you. The hotel rooms have kettles, refrigerators, TVs, amenities.
Special thanks to Irina Vladimirovna, the main hostess and administrator of the Rijeka Hotel, for her care, responsiveness, and comfort in organizing the rest.
Thanks to those who work in shops, cafes, markets, stalls. They are so friendly, kind and welcoming.

The painting on canvas is just a miserable.
June weaves colored yarn,
a Karadag (in relation to the beach)
huge royal ship.
The movement of the depths, the breath of the spheres,
through updrafts,
lazy heat (in the sun),
and Karadag, like Gulliver,
flaunts (divine whim! )
in capron of Cimmerian wet salt,
crowning a delightful landscape,
he gives out brilliant roles
sedate terracotta hills,
(their pencil outline),
rocky shores,
coastal cornice,
cheerful breezes,
fluttering breeze,
solemn roaring shafts,
(their foamy whim),
scurrying fishermen,
bored ships
and purple fleece
named "fog"
in which a fiery volcano slumbers.
