There are many beaches for every taste, but there are also a lot of people. Where there are fewer people, it takes a long time to go. In a word, the trouble with the beaches.
Cottage "Nautilus" was chosen according to the description on the site. Everything stated on the site is true, in particular, water around the clock, a kitchen with a set of dishes, wi-fi (not perfect, of course, but there is). I was very pleased with the shady courtyard with gazebos, which saved us from the heat. There are only two inconsistencies with the description on the site:
1. Photos on the site are made with the use of "fisheye", so be prepared for the number to be half as large as it appears in the photo.
2. Still far from the sea. The road to the central beach takes 20-25 minutes with a normal step (not running, but not slowly) and almost the same to the beach of the two-anchor bay.
There were no problems with settling in and solving household issues. Everything is clear and very prompt. Additionally, Igor offers various excursions and taxi services. Convenient, but before agreeing, do not be too lazy to find out the prices for these services outside the cottage. Most likely it will be cheaper. For example, Igor offered us a taxi to Simferopol airport for 650 UAH. We arrived for 530 UAH. with air conditioning and child seat.
Igor organized the treatment of a sick child: he called Feodosia hospitals, agreed with the doctor, and took us there. For which many thanks to him. True, after that, he very obsessively asked me to write a positive review for their site.
Having lived for more than two weeks, three days before departure, we found a FUNGUS ON THE WALLS under freshly pasted wallpaper. Later, in three more rooms on the ground floor, I found a fungus, in one of them there were patches of wallpaper, apparently to hide marks on the walls.
I did not want to put up with the situation, and I went to Igor. "We will eliminate" - somehow very casually said Igor and went about his business. I presented the problem to Tatyana, in response, she proved to me for a long time that it was not a fungus, but only dampness after the last rain. And no constructive... (after all, the money has already been received! ). Looking for a new home for three days, dragging suitcases and a small child was unrealistic, the mood deteriorated. The next day, a family with two children moved into the room opposite. After spending the night and finding a fungus on the walls, the guys were indignant for a long time. "We will eliminate" - Igor said a familiar phrase. The family loaded the luggage into the car and left.
Before leaving, I once again showed Igor at the walls in the room, tried to explain that they rent rooms to families with children, and the fungus adversely affects health. Laughing, Igor asked: "How can you prove that this is a fungus? " I don’t understand why I have to prove that these people have problems in the house, but they don’t want to solve them. I finally got angry and promised to write a review about the cottage. And Igor... just kicked me out of the gate. While I was dragging my suitcases and a small child, Igor promised to “break my legs” or “drop something heavy from above” and that “I won’t get home. ” This is how our holiday ended.
Let me summarize:
1. I do not advise you to live in a cottage. The price does not match the quality. For the same money, you can find more comfortable housing in Ordzhonikidze closer to the sea with the same range of services.
2. If you decide to live in this cottage, then choose the second floor (I think there are no problems with the fungus) or check the walls in the rooms on the ground floor.
3. Do not book in advance or pay for the entire stay at once. There is no full house in the Nautilus. During the three weeks of our stay, there were always empty seats.
