We rested in the Western Crimea, 93 km from the city of Evpatoria, the village of Okunevka in the boarding house "Pearls of Sofia" 5 days in July. For objectivity, I will tell you about all the pros and cons, so that my assessment is clear.
Pros: unconditionally clean air, ennobled territory of the boarding house (there is a playground, a wonderful teahouse) a large deluxe room with new furniture (wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers with a mirror, two bedside tables, TV stand, shower room and toilet (but shower and toilet - rather minus), more or less tasty food.
Cons: SEA! To the sea 50 meters. BUT between the sea and the boarding house, 20-30 meters away, the cemetery is clearly visible in all its glory) Nobody says anything about it. The beach is 2m wide and 3 meters long, everywhere along the coast there are huge algae and very shallow. The beach is dirty, as it is wild, when I found a needle from a syringe (a little boy almost stepped on it) I was shocked!

In the suite, all amenities are limited solely by the situation: there are no towels, at least one glass is missing, there is no bucket or bowl.
There is no water pressure in the toilet and in order to wash off the "solid" (sorry for the details) they washed it off for 3 hours with a children's pot. When the standard rooms are washed in a common shower, in the suites the water barely drips, it is impossible to adjust it in the shower room (either boiling water or cold). Nobody cleans the room, if you want to live clean, first beg for a rag, and then stand in a pose, washing the floors, according to the reviews of the Lux residents, you also need to beg for a change of linen every seven days and the hostess is hiding. No one takes paper out of the toilet, ashtrays are not thrown out, they generally need to be specially begged for.
We lived for 2.5 days without a TV, although we agreed. No one made a discount on this, but when they stayed after 12 on the day of departure for several hours, they pulled off hourly 2 prices.
If you want to eat something after dinner - nothing will work, as the order must be made only before 10 am for the evening.
Our girls ordered kebabs and smoked on a dirty plate, so they got a reprimand that it was not beautiful. The plate was removed, but no one brought the ashtray.
There are only two rusty bowls for 60 people in the boarding house, I had to stand in line to wash, and then there was nowhere to hang. I had to negotiate with the neighbors so that they would not take off their laundry until I did the laundry, so that there was somewhere to hang it.
On the first day of arrival, they made tea with sea salt water, they took the money, but no one offered a normal one instead.
You can’t buy extra bread during the day in Okunevka at all, but in the boarding house everything is calculated, so they don’t sell it. Cigarettes are also great luck.
There is no entertainment. The promised karaoke at 21.00 was not turned on for me. It’s understandable, how can you sing into a microphone near a cemetery....

All vacationers are mostly from Lviv, friends and relatives, so any word of dissatisfaction is passed on to the owners and the next day, more than half of the boarding house whispers behind their backs. According to the principle "these are those who are mad with fat"
For your own money, you will beg for a fork, knife, boiling water, etc. for an hour. The hostess said in general, YOU GOT A ROOM, AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT!
Payment 205 UAH. per person with food for Okunevka is expensive, they moved to Olenevka paid 170 UAH. per person in a suite. Were very satisfied! The room is better, the beach is sandy, the price is cheaper and the ATTITUDE OF PEOPLE is SUPER!
I wrote this so that no one was led to heaven for little money and did not stand by my floors or begging for another essential item. Conclusion - a downtrodden village with owners absolutely unaware that even in a reserved seat they give a tattered towel!
Rating -2, not -5 exclusively for new furniture and landscaped territory of the boarding house!
