We stayed 1 night in this guesthouse. And thank God that only 1! There is a terrible attitude towards guests rude, not hospitable. Meets a certain "Inna" with a hovor, who simply cannot explain how to get to them (there is no house number, there are no signs either) - they were looking for an hour! She told us - "Yes, you were the first to find us, you need to know the city. " I asked for a book of complaints - they didn't give it! Inna told me to stop following her!
The room is dirty, a terrible smell of mold, like an old grandmother in an apartment that is not cleaned! The toilet is also dirty and smells bad. Everything is covered! Disgusting and nauseating. They refused to give me a receipt for payment (a certain young man, probably the director) in slates answered very brazenly and rudely that they did not have a book and there would be no check.
This is the worst place I've lived. And this is all 2600 days!
How were they given permission to settle people? Where are the regulators looking? Vomit. All clothes smelled of stench for a day.
