I started to like everything from the meeting in Dzhankoy: as soon as I showed up at the door of the car, the person who met us immediately showed up. Carried the bags to the car, the car is good, comfortable, with air conditioning. He drove us very carefully, given that there was a child in the cabin. We arrived, our head stopped hurting about the bags from the station, we were very surprised that, despite the late time, a hot and very tasty dinner was waiting for us.
Number "Premium" was taken in the line. The room is large, single beds, TV, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, shower - everything is there, everything is in working order. The only feature: in the line from the tap in the sink, only cold water is provided, but in the rooms in the house - both cold and hot. There was always hot water in the shower, without interruption.
The territory is very beautiful, green. Corresponds to the photos posted on the site. The food was excellent, very tasty, large portions. There were milk porridges, and cheesecakes, and pancakes, and meat, and much more. Thanks to the chef, very tasty cooked. There are not enough vegetables, but cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, etc. , which were present, were enough for us personally. Tea, coffee, please. In addition, there is a kettle in the room, bring tea with you and drink it at least all day. With fruits, of course, the problem. But fruits are brought by locals right to the gate. And homemade wine too.
Buses run from the boarding house to Kerch (on schedule, rarely). An hour - and you are in the city. There is a big market where you can buy fruits, vegetables, things and…. . There are children's parks with swings and all sorts of entertainment, a small street like the Arbat with cafes and shops.
The sea is generally magical: wild, clean, spacious, uncrowded beaches.
Of the recreational activities in the boarding house, the main thing is children. There is also billiards and table tennis, but mostly children. So those who are going here should count on the fact that they will have to devote a lot of time to their kids, which, given the eternal lack of time in the city, I can’t consider it a minus )). So take pencils, paints, plasticine, toys, etc. with you.
Of course, the boarding house is focused on family holidays, and those who expect nightly adventures, passions, etc. from their holidays. It is better to immediately go to another place, and not write negative reviews later and complain.
The hosts Lyudmila and Andrey Andreevich are very pleasant and friendly. Andrei Andreevich is generally cool and, it seemed to me, very kind. Of course, there are swings (there is even a swing for very little ones, up to 1 year old )), there is a slide, something like a sandbox - and that's it. If you are already focusing on a family vacation, pay more attention to this. It may be to expand the site, provide for additional swings, roundabouts, equip a normal sandbox. Maybe over time, if possible, put some kind of small trampoline, in general, develop in this direction. The territory allows it.
Summary: we liked it, we will come again and again. Didn't regret taking the risk.

This year our second trip to the Kazantip Center took place. You can wash (for 30 hryvnia), stroke, and also, if you suddenly need the help of a doctor, there is a paramedic department 2 kilometers away, where you can show your child (and yourself) to the doctor for a small fee (about 60 hryvnia) and buy medicines. I would also like to warn all vacationers: be vigilant, in the new bar (it is also a dining room for some of the guests), customers are cheated (we were deceived, it was very unpleasant to find out all this and return our money back). The kebab and fries were disgusting, although the kebab was edible at the next table (we checked)). There were 2 awnings on the sea, sun loungers - there was enough space for everyone, both in the shade and in the sun (and if you came before 9 in the morning, they generally hung out in splendid isolation practically))); I would like to express myself separately about the territory, since I have not seen such a thicket of various plants, fruit trees and flowers for a long time, not to mention that I first saw and tasted mulberry, which we were allowed to collect and enjoy its taste, there is a pond next to our room with lilies, frogs and crucians, the children could not be dragged away); the playground is located opposite the body of the ruler, it is equipped not only with children's, but also with adult wooden swings, on which it is convenient and comfortable to watch the children playing, undoubtedly the raisin of the playground is a cage with peacocks, which you could feed and see their offspring. - near the "General's Beaches", it's sooo beautiful there!
MINUSES:
- towels and bed linen were not changed even once in a week (apparently it was necessary to ask).
- the bar has a very meager, but very expensive assortment (and the nearest store is 2 km on foot). By the way, finding a saleswoman from a bar is incredibly difficult)) everyone was looking for her all the time))

Minuses.
1. There have always been waves and wind on the sea, small children are afraid to go into the water. I have never seen a complete calm in 2 weeks.
2. Hard beds, no mattresses. The boards are covered with tapestry, and, perhaps, a small layer of foam rubber has been laid. My back hurt constantly.
3. Water from the tap flows by gravity, there is no pressure, so it is very difficult to rinse long hair.
4. In the rooms "Ruler" (I called them barracks) there is very good audibility from neighboring rooms - right down to individual words, well, snoring, of course, of course)))
5. The food is terrible - very fatty, the salads are tasteless, they never gave fruit. What vacationers feed their young children is still a mystery to me. Words that there is a dietary menu are just words. It was never brought without a reminder. Maximum - replace the soup for lunch or meat for dinner will bring boiled, not fried. Everything else is the same as for adults. As for food for adults, I would say that it is reminiscent of food in canteens of Soviet times, but very fatty.
6. The boarding house does not even have a signboard with the name.
7. I would advise the owners of the hotel to make an information stand, because they are often busy with their family affairs, and had to come up several times with requests. Hang contact numbers, bus schedules, a list of excursions, a list of hotel services, rules of residence on the stand (for example, remove feces from paths and lawns after your dogs and children).
8. Owner's dog! If I had known about it in advance, I would never have chosen this boarding house. My child is afraid of dogs, even small ones. And this one was never on a leash, calmly walked throughout the territory. And if somewhere in the distance a motorcycle passes, rushes with all its dope and rushes, once even ran into the playground with a wild bark.
9. The bar has a poor assortment. From alcoholic drinks only vodka, cognac, beer, wine.
10. No drinking water cooler. It is impossible to drink local water even after boiling because of the high content of fluorine in it, and this is harmful. In a bar, a 1.5 liter bottle of drinking water costs 20 hryvnias, in a Kerch store 5 liters - 12 hryvnias, at fruit merchants 5 liters - 15 hryvnias.

1. There have always been waves and wind on the sea, small children are afraid to go into the water. I have never seen a complete calm in 2 weeks.
2. Hard beds, no mattresses. The boards are covered with tapestry, and, perhaps, a small layer of foam rubber has been laid. My back hurt constantly.
3. Water from the tap flows by gravity, there is no pressure, so it is very difficult to rinse long hair.
4. In the rooms "Ruler" (I called them barracks) there is very good audibility from neighboring rooms - right down to individual words, well, snoring, of course, of course)))
5. The food is terrible - very fatty, the salads are tasteless, they never gave fruit. What vacationers feed their young children is still a mystery to me. Words that there is a dietary menu are just words. It was never brought without a reminder. Maximum - replace the soup for lunch or meat for dinner will bring boiled, not fried. Everything else is the same as for adults. As for food for adults, I would say that it is reminiscent of food in canteens of Soviet times, but very fatty.
6. The boarding house does not even have a signboard with the name.
7. I would advise the owners of the hotel to make an information stand, because they are often busy with their family affairs, and had to come up several times with requests. Hang contact numbers, bus schedules, a list of excursions, a list of hotel services, rules of residence on the stand (for example, remove feces from paths and lawns after your dogs and children).
8. Owner's dog! If I had known about it in advance, I would never have chosen this boarding house. My child is afraid of dogs, even small ones. And this one was never on a leash, calmly walked throughout the territory. And if somewhere in the distance a motorcycle passes, rushes with all its dope and rushes, once even ran into the playground with a wild bark.
9. The bar has a poor assortment. From alcoholic drinks only vodka, cognac, beer, wine.
10. No drinking water cooler. It is impossible to drink local water even after boiling because of the high content of fluorine in it, and this is harmful. In a bar, a 1.5 liter bottle of drinking water costs 20 hryvnias, in a Kerch store 5 liters - 12 hryvnias, at fruit merchants 5 liters - 15 hryvnias.
11. The nearest shop is 2km on foot.
12. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach, so as soon as you wake up, run to the beach, tie a towel to them. Just don't leave it like that - it will fly away. A strong wind blows constantly. Also keep an eye on inflatable circles, mattresses - with me, many flew into the sea.
13. Furniture on the porch of the room - a plastic table and three tattered chairs from an old cinema, or something... Yes, it's disgusting to sit on them!
14. The TV in the room is large, hanging right above the bed! Yes, it can be turned in the other direction, but in this case the cord does not reach the outlet)))
My conclusion: if you need at least a little comfort, good food, monotony bothers you and you don’t have children, then you definitely don’t come here!
And if you only need the sea, you agree to a minimum of comfort, are not picky about food, and you are relaxing with children, you are here. But it's better to choose another place)))

We will not come here again, but it's a pity, the first impression was good.
Pluses: Of course - the Sea of Azov (this is not a plus for the owners, this is a plus for the nature of the Crimea! ), Warm, shallow, clean, not very salty, in short - a cool sea!
Pluses for the owners - a landscaped area, daily cleaning of rooms, helpful staff, waitresses, more or less illuminated territory, weak Internet appeared, three rooms were repaired in the "line", fences were made near the rooms in a large house, swing benches with awnings were installed, the presence of sun loungers and a canopy on the beach, three meals a day, tennis, billiards, a playground, parking, peacocks, barbecue on order, special thanks to Lyudmila (the hostess for the meeting-seeing off) - that's all!
And now the cons: the TERRITORY, although landscaped and watered in places periodically, but IS NOT REMOVED FROM GARBAGE (like SHIT from the master's dogs lay, it lies for weeks, maybe now it is there, BUT THERE ARE CHILDREN PLAYING THERE). In the evening, the watchman lets the shepherd out for a walk (from 23.00 to 6-7 in the morning), so whoever wants a night rendezvous with a shepherd is welcome! Also, a dog runs around the territory around the clock - a mongrel (laika), which can playfully bite your child's hand, leg or something else, do you want extreme sports for children? - you are welcome! At night they bark and bark - we only dream of calmness! A playground is good, but the surface assembled from improvised materials (boards) has not been sanded, i. e. sawed, hammered and painted, the same thing with the swing bench, so take care of your arms and legs, there may be splinters! The territory is illuminated from about 20.00 to 24.00, then darkness, then walk with a flashlight! Parking on the territory of the boarding house, open, so that motorists carry covers for protection from the sun - the car heats up like an electric kettle!
The rooms have high humidity, probably due to the climate, but the clothes in the closet are covered in MOLD! Drying clothes outside is also a problem - it takes a long time to dry. Air conditioners work for 10 minutes, then turn off (do not work). The refrigerator in one of the rooms does not freeze, but HEATS like a microwave! Television - 4-5 channels in Russian, as well as channels that the owners love, everyone watches, and if they get bored, they switch to other channels - this is the attitude towards vacationers! In the rooms you can hear what is being done in the next room (for example, snoring) - minus!
Separately, about the OWNER of the boarding house - I did not like the owner of the boarding house, or rather his attitude towards vacationers. AndreiA is an uncultured type, he interrupts in a conversation, does not listen to the end of the interlocutor (woman or man), “flat” humor. My rating for it is unsatisfactory. The people who still go there to rest - I do not recommend communicating with this type, especially women, or not paying attention to him! I have been working constantly with different people for many years, as well as with citizens, but this arrogant type, has surpassed everyone. They organize excursions only for groups, there are no excursions for one or two people.
Kitchen - the menu is monotonous (weekly repeated). Fruit was never given (unlike last year) - a huge minus, because. people come here to relax and get vitamins!! ! Therefore, they bought fruits from private traders. The cuisine of last year was better and tastier. Tea or coffee You and your children may not wait at all - the distribution of dishes is not coordinated! Mini-bar, really very mini, at very maxi prices! I recommend buying in the village or in the city (for example, juice in a bar - 4 grams, and in the city - 2.4 hryvnias). The bartender needs to be "caught" (always absent) in order to buy, for example, ice cream!
Why is this review true - yes, because I will not go there anymore, despite the fact that regular customers are given a discount! I have been traveling around the Crimea for many years, I travel around Russian cities, I stay in different boarding houses, hotels, and I have something to compare with.
The owners of the boarding house - change your attitude towards people, do not look at them as “wallets with money” and eliminate these shortcomings, then regular customers will return to you, although you cannot change the owner of A-A!

We rested for the second year in a row, this time we preferred to travel by plane. In less than 8 hours (from Moscow) we were already swimming in the warm Sea of Azov. We went for 2 weeks for four (2 adults + 2 children 4.13 years old). The hosts helped with the transfer - the prices in Simferopol offices were a little, but higher.

We went for 2 weeks for four (2 adults + 2 children 4.13 years old). The hosts helped with the transfer - the prices in Simferopol offices were a little, but higher.
We lived in the "line" - it's convenient with children, at the exit from the room there is a terrace with a table, right behind the terrace there is a garden with a slide, swings and a sandbox, where children can be safely let out to play.
The room is renovated, with air conditioning (this time it came in handy - almost all 2 weeks there was not a cloud in the sky).
Meals 3 meals a day are included in the price (despite the trips and hiking, I took my 5 kg from there). For reference, a snack for 2 families of 6 people, one dish with drinks in a Kerch restaurant came out to us at ~ 2000 rubles.
Fruits, vegetables and homemade wine can be bought right at the boarding house fence.
The beach is sandy with shells, there is a canopy for those who are afraid to burn, sun loungers in stock.
From entertainment in the boarding house table tennis and billiards + in the evenings a small group of football fans gathered in the bar to watch Euro-2012.
From entertainment outside the boarding house, I would recommend the Koktebel dolphinarium, a walk along the Kerch embankment, descending from Mount Mithridates, visiting the Adzhimushkay quarries (without children) and a trip to the General Bays.
And of course, sunsets and phosphorescent plankton in the sea are something! We were lucky - usually this phenomenon is typical for a later time of the year.
The contingent of the boarding house is very intelligent (the phrase Tagil Rulit was not noticed : )
In general, we had a very positive time!
PS: I dragged a deck chair - I confess. It is traditionally collected at night, for lovers of night swimming I recommend either contacting the boarding house staff or pumping muscles on your own (100 meters from the beach)!
I wish everyone that their vacation exceeds expectations, and everyday worries remain in their suitcases!! !
