The hotel is quite normal for the price that puts for the rooms. You don't have to wait for miracles. For our part, we were pleasantly surprised - we read the reviews, we thought it would be worse.
So. We rented a 2-room suite for 200 UAH per day. The room is clean, there is everything you need, there is a large fridge, they gave a kettle. The bathroom is not entirely fresh, of course, but tolerable, there were no insects or dirt. There was no liquid soap in the dispenser, but we did not break off and went to the market for soap. In general, we were satisfied with the room.
Parking is paid but cost a spear. Another question is that it is very small, and what is going on there during the season is hard to imagine.
The dining room is right in the building. Prices are average, tasty enough. The food is the same, but there are many dishes, so you can eat varied. There is also something like a pizzeria in the building. Opposite there is a cafe with barbecue and cocktails))

To the sea 2 minutes. Swimming is POSSIBLE!! ! There was a flood 1 or 2 years ago, but the beach has a standard width for the Crimea. The slabs that they write about are further, you need to walk to them, and there is also where to sit and swim.
Convenient location - everything is nearby: a market, shops, cafes, on the territory there are a lot of stalls with food, drinks, excursions.
The staff is friendly, the manager is very friendly.
There is a sauna - 50 UAH per person per hour. Small but clean, we liked it. The use of the gym is free. The gym is standard for such hotels, I will not describe it, I think everyone understands what it is about.
Summing up: we did not regret that we settled in the Service. Probably, if there was a simple room, the impressions would not be so rosy, but 200 UAH - IMHO this is already for nothing, so you can pay for comfortable accommodation.
