About a month before the upcoming trip, I booked a hotel room. The reservation was confirmed, they said that everything is OK, we are waiting...

Upon arrival in Enigma... we were "politely informed" that you were to Irina, in the "Cruise". It's in the hotel opposite, "mirror copy of Enigma". Wow!! ! But we agreed! ? . . If I ordered a room in Enigma, then why should I be shoved into another, “exactly the same, only green”. Why do this to people? You said there are places! If you, dear owners of Enigma, are comrades and friends with the owners of the Cruise, then what have I got to do with it? No need to promote the hotel in this way. If I wanted to go to Cruise, I would call Cruise, not you! . . In short, it killed me mentally.

To hell with it, we settled in this Cruise. The hotel, however, is so-so, "almost like in Enigma", but anyway - morally wrong! It's exactly the same as if you ordered a barbecue - and you were served cutlets...
Regarding the cleaning (in the Cruise): "clean" really every day! But how! ? Cleaning starts around 9 am. Two aunts come, turn on their "sound speaker" (this is such a thing that yells like a jet plane from a distance of 10 meters and, supposedly, also sucks in dust) and this is where your sweet dream ends. Cons and remarks on cleaning: dust, except on the dresser, table, and refrigerator, is not wiped anywhere! And there are also window sills, glass shelves in the bathroom, a bedside table...
Regarding food: here in general... Prices have risen, albeit slightly: 30.35, 45 (breakfast, lunch, dinner), that is, by 5 hryvnia each compared to last year. But on the other hand, there are no portions, especially for breakfast and dinner! . . Last year, one adult portion for two was enough for my wife and I! This year we were hungry! I already thought that we were eating a lot, but... It turns out that almost everyone was not enough, and they bought the missing calories in stores and on the market. Therefore, the picture with a crowd of vacationers walking with bags of sausage, pastries and fruit has become familiar and familiar to us.
Svetlana! Aren’t you ashamed to serve one “cookie” for tea for dinner (sorry, I don’t know how to properly call that pastry), the cost of which is 50 kopecks maximum in your own market ? ! And fruits for lunch: where are they? I didn't see them! And I don’t need to poke at the price of 110 hryvnias. For exactly the same amount in the nearest "dolphin" and portions are almost twice as large and there are fruits and I was full and satisfied with the service! Or do you feel so sorry for one watermelon for 15 hryvnia per day for 15 people to cut? Or a kilogram of quiche-mice for 25 hryvnia? Do you really expect that in addition to your nutrition, in order to make up for the missing calories, I will order your barbecue for 70 hryvnias or cocktails praised in all reviews for 45 hryvnias? Yes, for such money you can have an excellent and satisfying meal in the center of Yalta! And the service itself... Last year there were 2 waitresses, and they more or less coped. And this year, the speed of service directly depended on:

1. how many days you will rest (the longer - the faster);
2. how many people are at the table (the more - the faster);
3. how much and what you will order (the more expensive - the faster).
Once we sat at a dirty table for 15-20 minutes until we were approached. Is this a service? Can you really save that much on one more waitress? Yes, in the same dolphin, ONE girl handled more clients than you, Svetlana, and your assistant combined! And I was ready (and wanted after your service) to find fault with any little thing in a dolphin. But I didn't have anything!! ! A dirty plate after the first course I had eaten lingered on the table for no more than 15-20 seconds !! ! My delight knew no bounds. And it's all one girl!
And the portions! After their lunch, I “crammed” dinner into myself. Not because it was a pity for the money spent, but because it is really tasty!
Bottom line: people, take care of your nerves and health! Go to trusted places.
