And I advise everyone to look for something else.
By the way, immediately after that, the guys disappeared from Booking.
I advise such businessmen to avoid like fire.

I booked a room in this glorious institution ahead of time - three months in advance. During this period, I called back, answered - everything is gut, we are waiting. There are 2 weeks left before the entry, I'm calling. AND? But you are not on the lists and there are no numbers for the next dates. Go through the forest, something like that.

We went to have lunch in the cafe of the hotel "Aspirant's House". We ordered the two most expensive lamb dishes with wine sauce, which should be 250g each. When served, it turned out that the portion size did not correspond to what was stated on the menu. They demanded to outweigh it - it turned out to be 150g and 160g.

Liked the hotel. Beautiful nature, clean air. Good responsive staff. The breakfasts are good, especially the delicious caesar salad with shrimp. The hotel is very calm, it is better not to go there with cheerful companies, so as not to worry that you will be reprimanded. Although we came off))))) There are NO complaints about the hotel.

We did not like that the sea is far away (the road), although you can easily drive a car. And, of course, the ferry is a completely different story.
R. S Dina, we remember you, thanks for the information and patience. Hotel HELLO from Katyusha.

The cost of living is 3200rsut with 4 breakfasts. The room is clean, tidy, cleaned well. The bathroom is good. The breakfasts are good, they fed even our youngest 1.5 years old. There is a list of breakfast menus by day of the week. Add. breakfast cost 45gr. Lunch for 5 people cost 300gr (1200r) - which in my opinion is inexpensive. Breakfast from 9 to 11. You can eat either indoors or outdoors under a canopy. You can buy juice separately, water. If you need boiling water in the room (for example, make porridge for children), they will pour it for free in a cafe (dining room). Electric kettles and irons are not issued - such fire regulations. We had our own iron, and for boiling water we went to the dining room
on the 1st floor. There is a lot of vegetation around the rest house - you can take a walk in the shade during the day. When I urgently needed Internet, the administrator kindly provided me with her computer for a while - for which I thank her, since the nearest Internet cafe in Yalta and there is no public Wi-Fi zone in the hotel. We went to the beach on foot only once - it is physically difficult to go back with the children, then we went by car to the beach - there are no problems with parking. By the way, parking at the hotel is free. We went to the Donbass beach in the village. Massandra - we liked the beach there - bigger, wider, more gentle - BUT parking is a big problem - we only managed to park once.
Supermarket 5 minutes drive from the hotel on the highway.
In general, we liked the hotel. Soap only for some reason was not given - one drawback.

Stayed for one night. Booked a standard room, pre-booked by phone. The room is quite spacious, the normal repair type "euro". Of the minuses, as already noted before me, the prices are quite high in the restaurant, but what we ordered was cooked deliciously. Breakfast is included in the price of the room, which is hearty for me.

For the first time we visited the Yalta region. We planned to choose a hotel within a 10-15-minute walk to the beach, but after reading on the Internet that due to the terrain in Yalta there are few such hotels and they are quite expensive, they became eager to settle in the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, having learned about the Postgraduate House hotel.

They called a month before arrival, we were told that all the rooms were booked (out of chagrin, the thought came that "it was necessary to book earlier, because of the location of the hotel it is popular"). A week later, we decided to call again (with the thought "what if you're lucky") - they answered that most likely it would be possible to book a room "Comfort A". The next day they called again - they answered that "Comfort A" was booked for us.
There were three of us, 29.27 and 16 years old. The room was located on the second floor, but without a balcony, although the neighboring room "Comfort A" also had a balcony, overlooking the sea (the sea is not close, so those who want to save money on the view of the nearby sea are most likely to use the "Comfort B" room). I was pleased with the room: large, clean, everything is quite new, LCD TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Hot water was supplied constantly. Eating at the restaurant at the hotel is very expensive, if not expensive. And it looks like nowhere else (we had lunch and dinner not in the village of Nikita, but in Yalta, in one of the two nearby canteens near the stop "Center", one of the canteens seems to be called "Crimea").
Oops!! ! We chose this particular hotel because of its location in the Nikitsky Botanical Garden (at least, on the hotel website it was written today on 09/03/2011: "The Postgraduate House Hotel is located in an amazing place in Crimea, in the Nikitsky Botanical Garden (Lower Colonnade) ") - but it turned out not to be so! The hotel is located 50 meters south of the Lower Colonnade of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, and NOT ON THE TERRITORY of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden! Those. to visit (not to mention walks) the Nikitsky Botanical Garden guests of the hotel "Aspirant's House" can only like anyone who wishes during the opening hours of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden for a fee.
The hotel is located right on the road from the Lower Colonnade of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden to the beach, so the noise of cars can be heard in the rooms from the side of the road. From the hotel to the beach on foot for about 10-15 minutes, and a significant part of the path will have to go along a road not intended for pedestrians, it is especially unpleasant, if not dangerous, to go along the road in the evening: the road is winding, and it is not easy for cars turning around a turn to spot a pedestrian (relevant, at least at the time of stay).
The settlements of Nikita and Yalta did not arouse enthusiasm in us, and you can see the Nikitsky Botanical Garden by coming from other resorts of Crimea, with a tour or on your own.

I came to the hotel on the recommendation of relatives who had a rest there. The hotel is not expensive and definitely worth the money. Checked in immediately and without problems, although we arrived earlier. The room is clean, spacious... even a plasma TV))). Breakfast is normal, no frills included in the room rate.

Checked in immediately and without problems, although we arrived earlier. The room is clean, spacious... even a plasma TV))). Breakfast is normal, no frills included in the room rate. Cafe on an open area overgrown with ivy, quite original. The menu is rustic, quickly boring, but according to Crimean concepts, prices are moderate. There was no balcony in the room, so the view of the sea did not work out))). With excursions in Nikita, it is better to order some problems in Yalta, but by agreement they can be picked up from the upper colonnade. The botanical garden, as always, is very beautiful and fundamental. The hotel does not have a beach... you need to go to the "city" far enough and not very equipped... the beach is small but the water is very clean. In general, Nikita is more conducive to a calm, "intelligent" rest.

The hotel is cozy, the staff is attentive, they work clearly and discreetly. The cuisine is without pretensions, but tasty and inexpensive - as for Yalta. And snow on palm trees is exotic!! ! Super!! ! Quiet and magical. Heat in the rooms. Heated floors.
