Dear stranger!
I hasten to disagree with you! My family and I, for the third year in a row we have been coming to rest in the Rubicon, we were initially advised by friends, so this summer I went to the hotel website, got acquainted with the prices and room categories, contacted the administrator, who told everything in an accessible way, offered to stay in a new Corps "Marine". Of all the categories, there was a junior suite available, a one-room but still quite spacious room (about 30 sq. m) and with a balcony from which you can see a gorgeous view of the sea, which is not unimportant.
The price includes breakfast (buffet), and for lunch and dinner they make a 10% discount, the food is varied for every taste - fresh vegetables, salads, meat, side dishes, while they cook very tasty.

Both the staff and the management are always friendly and polite, while not intrusive, whatever you ask they will do, whatever you ask they will tell, they conducted a tour of each category of rooms, all the rooms are excellent, good design... that is typical for the Rubicon, judging by on the 1st building.
And as for parking and sunbeds, I don’t know where you found such prices (50 UAH, and sunbeds 40 UAH), as far as I know, my husband paid 20 UAH for parking. per day and sun loungers on the beach were purchased for 20 UAH, a beach umbrella was in the room.
The Morskoy building turned out to be quite decent, with cozy rooms and a beautiful territory, the rest in which, on the whole, left a favorable impression,
My family and I love it and recommend to friends.
