It was not the first time in Crimea, we learned about the boarding house from the Internet. Booked a room in advance. Everything that was stated on the site was true. There were no problems with accommodation, although we arrived in the evening. The staff is friendly.
The room has everything you need. Hot water - around the clock. There is no air conditioning, but it was not needed, since the building is located in the park. The situation is without frills, but for rest, in our opinion, this is not important.
The food, of course, is not a restaurant, but everything is edible. I especially liked the borscht with donuts. There were few fresh fruits and vegetables.

The beach is private, although the cards of the vacationer were not always carefully checked. The people themselves are misbehaving. Some occupied the sunbeds with things for the entire stay. At night and during the day, someone's rags were lying around, so even early in the morning there were no empty seats. This applies only to sunbeds on the beach. In our opinion, the administration should control this process more strictly. I liked the exercise with elements of oriental dance on the beach in the morning.
Gorgeous park!! ! Fresh air! The heat is not felt at all.
There were no problems with excursions either.
In general, they were satisfied with the rest.
