A long correspondence ensued, we had to literally extort information from the administration about the rooms, cost and terms of payment. The administration's responses were, to put it mildly, inadequate. All of our questions were not answered. July 10.2014 I was told that there was 1 room left, I asked to make a reservation. On July 11, I paid through the Zolotaya Korona transfer, they wrote to me that there are no numbers, I can take the money back. When I called the hotel, they told me that it was better to look for rooms from them upon arrival. I'm traveling with a child, so I wanted to know in advance? that the number is fixed, the administrator was rude, said that there are no numbers for me, that is, the staff is completely disrespectful towards customers. The administrator said that our reservation was canceled on July 07.14, accompanying this action with another rudeness, although there was a number for us in the correspondence on July 11.2014. So, dear Zborovsky Oleg Vladimirovich and Fedorinova Veronika Vadimovna, learn to treat your clients with respect!

A long correspondence ensued, we had to literally extort information from the administration about the rooms, cost and terms of payment. The administration's responses were, to put it mildly, inadequate. We were required to pay 100% in advance for all days of rest. Moreover, we had to pay only through Western Union, only in US dollars, pay the commission on our own and do it before 16:00 on the day of invoicing. Payment was proposed to be made to the account of a regular physical. faces. The owners of the hotel came up with a simple way of avoiding taxes, which is very convenient for them, but completely disrespectful towards customers. When we asked for a delay in making payment not on Saturday, when we finally got the billing from the administrator, but on Monday, our reservation was canceled, accompanying this action with another rudeness. So, dear Zborovsky Oleg Vladimirovich and Fedorinova Veronika Vadimovna, pay taxes and sleep peacefully, and learn to treat your customers with respect!

The hotel is very good. I was even surprised, because I prefer to rest abroad. The room is bright and cozy, a huge plasma screen, everything is exactly like in the photo, there is everything you need, up to a can opener. Cleaning satisfied me, special thanks to the woman who cleaned, always unobtrusive and welcoming, I was struck by the whiteness of the bed (which is changed every three days) and towels (they were changed every day), did not expect this from the Crimea.

Cleaning satisfied me, special thanks to the woman who cleaned, always unobtrusive and welcoming, I was struck by the whiteness of the bed (which is changed every three days) and towels (they were changed every day), did not expect this from the Crimea. I was also surprised by the set of dishes that included: three glasses, three glasses, three glasses and cups with saucers, small and deep plates, spoons, forks, a knife and even a cutting board, and all this is not cheap. There is a large window in the bathroom, you sit and look at Ai Petri (romance). The view from the room is the best I have ever had. On the ground floor there is a bookcase with many different magazines to read. To the sea to go about seven minutes, we went through the sanatorium "Ukraine", for the sake of this healing air it would be worth walking even longer. For the lazy, there is a cable car near "Marat" (12 UAH per person) or an elevator in "Ukraine" (6 UAH per person), but from it you still need to walk a little through the territory of the sanatorium. There are a lot of bars and cafes around, we were in almost all of them, the conclusion is: the Tea House cafe, located on the beach, the best option, we ate mainly there, home cooking and not expensive, there is a drawback due to high demand, at lunch and in the evening there are no free tables, you have to stand in line. Cafe "At the mother-in-law" is also quite popular, but it is more expensive there, ideal for children, there is even an animator there. Cafe "Malibu" at first glance seemed not expensive (when we looked at the menu), but when we brought the bill, we were taken aback, in Yalta on the embankment it was cheaper. In general, I liked the rest, but the beaches are something, in the season (in my deep conviction) it’s not worth going, you feel like a poor relative who has no place anywhere, we saved ourselves by going at lunch, then the beaches were empty, and we sat under an umbrella. I recommend the hotel definitely, but not in the season (well, a lot of people everywhere).

The hotel is just super, it has everything you need to relax. I advise everyone to go there and you will not regret it. The southern side of the hotel is turned towards the sea and is simply immersed in the park area of Miskhor with palm and cypress alleys, Lebanese and Atlas cedars, laurels, roses, winding delicate wisteria.

The southern side of the hotel is turned towards the sea and is simply immersed in the park area of Miskhor with palm and cypress alleys, Lebanese and Atlas cedars, laurels, roses, winding delicate wisteria. From the windows and balconies of the hotel offers a fantastic view of Mount Ai-Petri.
All rooms have: safe; fridge; air conditioning; balcony; sun loungers + mattress; hair dryer; haberdashery; bathrobes, slippers; telephone; dishes, fragé ; tumble dryer; Cold and hot water round the clock; 200 meters to the lift to the beach. And most importantly, the room is very clean and comfortable, which is rare in the Crimea.
The room has a menu of a nearby cafe and by phone you can order to your room what you want.
